This thing is awesome. I was finally able to clean my two story house and gutters without risking my life in a ladder. This thing can be a lot to wrangle, especially when it is extended way out. A few lessons learned…. First, the included harness doesn’t really do anything if you wear it as intended. However, I found that if I put my head and arm through one strap and tightened it up to where the buckle was right at my chest it made a perfect support and pivot point. Second, don’t put the nozzle where you want to spray and then pull the trigger. It will flex and move a ton. Better to get it to your working height and point it away from your work area. When you engage it and it flexes, take a second to get it under control. Then you can move it back to your work area a lot more easily. It’s big and it’s heavy, but it does a great job once you get the hang of it. Seems well built and I expect it to last with the kind of occasional use I will have as a homeowner.

The telescoping wand exceeded my expectations. It seems very well built, quite sturdy. It has all the attachments that you will need. The other reviews do mention its weight . I think that is just a function of telescoping wands since they have to be sturdy enough to last, plus the additional weight of the water in the wand and the rubber tubing. Anyway, used it as soon as I got it and was able to clean my gutters, wash my windows, clean the side of my house, do some deck work. No leaks!! Would recommend it to anyone who is considering an extension wand. It works great to pair with a floor cleaner attachment, By the way, I was using a 2100 psi SunJoe electric washer and had absolutely no troubles with it.

I purchased this to be able to pressure wash the second floor of my sister-in-laws house. So, it worked GREAT - but you need to be very capable and fairly strong to be able to control this beast at full extension. It'll flip you backward. It came with all the possible attachments you might need to pressure wash the outside of houses with a second story, clean out gutters without getting on a ladder (wife was happy about that), and anything else you can think of. Even good to pressure wash the side of our camper at the high points without stretching.HOWEVER - the vest it comes with is terrible. Very uncomfortable and cumbersome to put on and attach to the sprayer. And you definitely need to use it when extending the sprayer. My vest, however, fell apart at the stitches and became unusable. I'll need to either try and patch it to get it to work or try and get a new, more durable vest.Also, just so you know, when using the pole at a shorter length you will have a LOT of hose just hanging around that would otherwise be inside the extension pole if it were longer. You'll need to make sure of your footing to not get wrapped up or trip.Overall, a great purchase that feels very durable in build and is easy to use - if you're strong enough. Except the vest. I'm so mad about that vest.

OK... I've just finished using it and this thing is good. I'm impressed. I had one heck of a time removing the spray gun from my old (1800psi) Ryobi pressure washer. Once I did, this item had all the parts I needed to connect. I then had problems getting it to work :-( until I realized it was "operator error." (In other words, my fault.) After that everything went very well. The variety of end attachments are a must to have when it's extended and you can't see what you're doing: cleaning my window sills upstairs needed the "gutter" attachment. One thing that almost made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that black coiled up hose on the handle. (Do you see it on the pictures in Amazon?) That hose connects from itself to itself... it doesn't connect externally. Listen... when the item is fully extended and full of water it becomes heavy. This coiled hose adds to that weight you have to manipulate. As far as I can tell the manufacturer only needs a really short hose installed on the handle. (Maybe their hose supplier didn't have anything shorter???? Maybe they think it acts as a counterbalance since it's on the other side of the point where the harness hooks up????) Anyway, I'm pleased in spite of this.

Does the job of getting up high on the house. As others have said, it is a little heavy and requires a little strength to use when fully extended. However, I am 73 years old, 5'6' 162 pounds and could handle it easily once I understood how it flexed and developed a technique. I personally had no issues with the harness. My major complaint is when using this wand the pressure washer does not deliver cleaning solution like my standard wand does. For this reason, I gave it a 3-star review.It does eliminate moving, leveling, and climbing ladders which speeds up the process quite a bit.

The telescoping pressure washer extension works perfectly. Be warned though at full extension, it's heavy. You will get a workout when fully extended. Connections are all really good. I was able to pressure wash my entire two story house with very minimal ladder use.
