My son bought this laptop and continues to talk about what a great purchase it was. This laptop is a great size, not too large or small. The keyboard is comfortable. It runs everything he needs for school and personal gaming.

This would have been a great computer and best buy. The graphics was great with that Nvidia pack. I loved it. Laptop was fancy with the creamy looks. It was heavy too. If you want something light, don't go for this.However, I had it returned for a few reasons.1. The first 3 days I used it, the battery charged full. Afterwards, it stopped charging at 80%. After a few days, it went back to full. The battery life was good and goes up to 5 hours or more.2. This laptop doesn't sleep unless it's shutdown. I've never seen anything like this. It's constantly running in the background. When it's in my bag, it heats up.I raised a return request. Then ordered a new laptop to transfer my files. The moment I finished that transfer, the laptop crashed within a few hours. I wasn't surprised for a laptop that doesn't go to sleep.In the future, I would consider buying something similar with all the right fits because I loved the system.

The computer seems to work decent so far. The only two real qualms I have is the i key rarely works and the battery life is really bad. Tried reaching out to get a replacement battery to no solution. If the seller sees this, I would like a new battery. I know not much can be done about the i key.
