Bought for caravan fixed bed, very comfortable, good quality. Makes a big difference to bed

Bought a new bed that was supposed to be medium firm but was actually firm and like lying on a brick. After one night on it I ended up with severe back ache and my partner was getting pins and needles in his arms when on his side.I ordered this the following day after having had their adjustable pillows I trusted that it too would be excellent quality and it is!It’s like adding a pillow top, it adds softness without you sinking in too much. Barely any smell and I still can use my 30cm deep fitted sheets. It doesn’t shift about even tho there’s no straps.After a few nights with it my back is fixed, my partner slept without getting pins and needles and my bed is now medium firm. I couldn’t be happier with it!It was also easy to take upstairs and install as it was vacuum compressed into a manageable sized box.

I've got to be honest - it has transformed the comfort of our bed but boy does it make me hot (no pun intended)! It is fine for my husband so maybe it's a female thing :) I'd forgotten we had a memory foam mattress years ago and that also generated mucho heat so I shouldn't have been surprised.The quality is very good and it stays in place on the mattress and is a good fit. So overall pleased but will probably be buying a thinner duvet.

The mattress was easy to open and put on my bed. It very quickly expanded to full size and I didn't notice any odour. I did find the soft side too soft after a couple of nights so I turned it over to the firmer side. It's very comfortable with great support. I'm really pleased with it.

The product was for an elderly parent, who could not get on with the topper – it moved around too much. It is very well made but just wasn't suitable.I contacted the company directly with how to return the topper, as it would not fit back into the box after I opened it – it comes vacuum packed like a mattress.The gave me two options on what to do with the mattress and issued a full refund as customer satisfaction is their top priority. Excellent service and communication it must be said.P.S. I bought a single mattress from them and it was a better solution – very comfy and well made.
