I bought this case in 2018 and I just replaced it today - 7 years later. If you're looking for something light weight that will protect from every day wear and tear then this is a great option. It's very sleek and easy to throw around between backpacks without it being bulky and getting stuck with other items in the bag. It has a soft rubbery feel to it but it's not at all sticky and finger prints are not very noticeable. This is 7 years of every day use and the case only has a very minor cracks and some scratches. Check out my new/old case right next to each other, for how much I use my computer this case has held up incredibly well. It's not super easy to remove which is great because it has never fallen off despite the couple of tumbles it's taken. However, I do take care of my mac so it hasn't taken any hard falls. The most it's had has been when my backpack is tossed off my car seat after braking too hard (ooops). I never used the screen protector or key cover but that's only because I don't like accessories but they look and feel like good quality! If this sounds like something you want out of a case I would just send it and buy it.

Awesome case! I wanted to put stickers on my macbook but also wanted to protect them from ripping off so I got the clear case. It is packaged well so it prevents breakage during transit. It isn’t a super hard shell but durable enough. It also snaps on very easily! I really purchased this specific case because it was bundled with the keyboard cover and screen protector. I dont know if there is a size difference but unfortunately the keyboard cover did not fit my macbook pro 2020. Not a big deal for me because I wasn’t planning on using it anyway. As for the screen protector it was an easy install. It doesn’t come with directions but its self explanatory. I had no problems with installation. Some tips I have for screen protector without bubbles is pre-cleaning the screen with a damp cloth and then drying. Use washi tape, painters tape, or a lint roller (something that has a sticky adhesive but not a strong one) and clean the screen a few times. I then line up the protector where I want it and tape it on one side so that it will fall into place where I wanted it. Peel the side with the #1 tab (that is going to be face down) and as your placing the screen protect from one side to another use a card to flatten it. Then use the same card to remove any air bubbles if there is any, and finally remove the #2 tab from the screen protector. Overall good purchase. I’d recommend!

I bought this for my MacBook Pro 13inch 2018 with Touch bar and Touch ID. I'll start with the case. The case for the MacBook is very sleek. It barely adds any bulk to the laptop. Looks and feels great. Of course this case is not going to protect your laptop completely from drops/falls. It will however, protect it from scratches to the outside on the top and bottom of the computer. The finish feels like a matte silicon. Kinda has a slight rubber feel but not as grippy, if that makes sense. That's the best I can describe it. I really like that better than just a regular plastic cover because that would probably be more slippery when holding the laptop or even when its on my lap. Silicon tends to grip skin/clothes better than plastic. But don't worry, this is not one of those soft rubber silicon skins either. It is still a hard shell just with a silicon finish to it. Next is keyboard cover. I really wasn't planning on using this thing as I felt how in the world is this not going to slip off the keyboard since the keys are almost flush to the computer itself? There is hardly anything for the cover to grip on to. However, I found it to be pretty good. It stays on very well as it almost has a sort of sticky rubber feeling on the bottom and a perfect indentation for each key to help keep it in place. It also helps to keep dust and spills out which is definitely a good thing. There isn't too much of a difference in feel when typing other than the keys feeling more grippy, however, it does take some time getting used to as there is a bit more restriction on the fingers when pressing the keys. Very subtle though. The little sack bag that comes with it to carry some of your accessories is very nice and feels like pretty good quality. I'll probably fit my charger adapter and USB-C cable in there with no problems. Nothing really more to say about that. It works! Then finally the worst part about this product, the screen protector. As far as how it looks and the ease of installation, I would have given this a 5 star rating. It doesn't affect the clarity of the screen in anyway. In fact I can't even tell that a screen protector is on this laptop. It's just as glossy as the display itself so you can't even tell its there. Just make sure you follow the traditional method of applying screen protectors as dust will create bubbles so you may need to use extra tape to remove these dust particles if you want a perfect installation. The bad thing about my experience is that I guess my screen protector came in slightly bent on 2 corners. So after I applied it, there are now 2 corners on the left that won't go flush with the screen. I can imagine that over time, dust particles will collect under it and make it more and more noticeable. Possibly even having to remove the whole thing later if it gets worse. All in all, I would highly recommend this product. I probably just got a bad screen protector so in no way does that mean the product is bad, maybe just needs to be handled better when packing it for shipping. Hopefully yours will be ok. If it wasn't for that I would have given this a 5 star rating. It really is a great product and I am really glad I bought it. Hope this review helps you.

Nice, sturdy, and pretty case. It has a smooth, almost glossy finish that makes taking stickers on/off easy. I’ve had this case on my laptop for a few years now, and I will note that it does stain over time but you’d have that issue with anything. I’d recommend for any MacBook user— scratch up and crack this case, not your laptop!

Bought this case for my new Macbook and really wanted to protect it from damage. So far the case has done its job, but looks really worn after just normal use. The case itself is plastic and was easy to put on, but the included keyboard case is horrible. It doesn't fit right and I took it right off, the typing feeling was bad. Pretty sleek design that keeps the computer portable and shows off the beauty of the all metal frame of the Macbook. Overall, I only kept the case for the Macbook and threw every other extra accessory in the trash.

Overall this is a great case!! And the price is definitely nice! I eagerly waited for this case and it did not disappoint!! While I only bought it for the case and not the keyboard pads or screen protector im glad they came as well. It actually came with two keyboard pads which was surprising and they both align exactly with my keys. And a little bag that is such a nice detail to keep stuff in!! My fingerprints also vanish EXTREMELY QUICK!? It’s such a nice thing even though I expected the case to be a more rubbery material rather than plastic because of the reviews but I don’t mind! This case also grips the corners nicely and opening your MacBook all the way is not an issue!!! But when I was installing the top case to my Macbook it was a little complicated bc it didn’t want to snap into place and I followed what the video showed and I was being extremely gentle when trying to place it on and the first time I did, it left two little dents on my Macbook which had me a bit upset so I figured it was easier to fit the top part of the case first and then adjust the bottom part while the MacBook is closed. And the bottom half wasn’t hard to install, it just required a bit of fidgeting but overall that was my only issue and the yellow pad that comes for cleaning gets dirty super quickly and had a weird smell to it so I’m definitely not using that because it also left yellow specks while i was trying to clean the case so it did the complete opposite of what it was supposed to do. I also dislike the cheap styrofoam material that is on the bottom half for the 4 corners because it was already a bit chipped when i took it out the packaging and it’s definitely not too durable but it also came with some replacements so I can’t really complain because of the price🤷🏻‍♀️.

I got this to cover my Macbook, which, in essence it does its job there. Removed one star because it seems each time I grab the laptop by the case, finger and handmarks are left. My hands are not abnormally oily, I assure you. I wiped the marks off with an Alcohol pad, which helped the overall look. The fit is fine, seems to fit snugly around each corner, only compaint with the fit is that it isn't completely flush when you close it, there is a small gap where you can see the computer through. Overall, its a good texture, it helps protect my computer, and stores my computer well when not in use!

El material es adecuado y de buena calidad. La entrega a tiempo. Fácil de ensamblar pero hay que tener en cuenta un detalle. Para las MacBook Pro, los puertos USB C en la parte izquierda generalmente requieren un adaptador multipuertos que hay que adquirir separadamente. La cubierta inferior no se cierra bien cuando se usa el adaptador y como usuario, tenemos que escoger entre a) la cubierta inferior o b) habilitar el adaptador multipuerto. Es una diferencia menor (milímetros) pero no permite que cierre bien la laptop e incluso el adaptador multipuerto hace falso contacto.
