Quite wrinkled when I got it and most of the wrinkles are gone but taking some time and I did follow instructions. However, on the positive it works very well to hold my tablet up in bed or couch or counter. As a matter of fact think I'll get one for someone that I think needs it.

Forewarned it arrives in a small box all rolled up. When you cut it loose you expect it to spring up....ya that doesn't happen. Give it like 3hrs and then it goes to shape.Wanted something for my son to keep his tablet off his lap and this works perfectly. He loves using it and the carrying handle makes it easy for him to take it anywhere.

I still have to use a second pillow under the pad so it can be at eye level. Also arrived unpackaged (no plastic or paper cover) which is unhygienic and just not cool. The pillow case would be very hard to take off and on and does not look durable.

It came all rolled up and I thought what the heck, but then read the instructions and put it in the dryer and viola it came out in the proper shape.

Llego roto, en una caja muy pequeña. El seguir las instrucciones para que regresará a la forma que debería de tener fue inútil porque el relleno venía roto y parecía incluso demasiado pequeño para la funda. Terminé devolviéndolo y comprando uno en otro lado similar.
