Works as advertised. It did take me 3hrs start to finish. No issues with fit. 2015 srx. No more dead spot right in the low middle of the screen. All holes and pins lined up fine. The little ribbon cable is tedious. But it worked.

Great product

2018 CTS Luxury trim. After install it didn't respond to touch at all. I disconnected the battery cables, touched them together for a few seconds, draining any residual stored energy from electronics. This forces software to restore/ reset after which the system worked like new.

First one didn't work. The second one did.

Bought this to replace the defective factory screen on my 2014 Cadillac SRX. Installation was pretty easy and now my screen is clear and crack free. Touch sensitivity seems similar to original one. No complaints.
