Would you be able to thread an electrical cord through this - just looking for decorative chain to disguise swag light cord?

No, this really wouldn't work that well. You want decorative fixture chain. Search for that. You want 3/4" to 1-1/2" length chain links.

Is this jack chain 18 Gage? I am looking for something to hang small stained glass suncatchers.

It's 12 gage, it can hold upto 29 pounds. It may be too big for what you want to do. It would be great for larger stain glass pieces.

How long is it,100ft？

The title says it's 100 feet long. I have never tried to unroll it to measure it. There is a lot of chain. I use 5 to 8 foot sections at a time. Chain is very easy to work using pliers.
