I bought 2 of these as my wife's phone storage was completely full, and mine was nearing capacity. After reading the instructions through, I highly recommend reading them carefully, the app download was quick, connection was easy, and photo transfer was a breeze. Make sure you have a good quality cord. The first cord I used wouldn't connect. I tried my usual charging cord, and it connected right away.

I was looking to transfer files to save space on phone and not depend on the cloud for storage.Pick the the NewQH SSD HardDriveWell sure enough ran into issues. However, in doing so I learned a thing or two.If you have a certain skill set or others may call them attributes then surely this product ain’t for you.Upon tearing open the package hoping for a plug n play or in this case transferring data from my iPhone.I went ahead and connected it while still having a days work. Thinking to myself how difficult could it be. Who need *instructions*? The first issue factoring key* Not me. Should be able to figure it without them. And not only am I good at not reading the instruction booklet with the QR* code for the app* QHDD* I am also good at losing things. One of my other skill sets. So what do I do go to Amazon support. Says it works plug n play they will contact merchant because other than that they see nothing.So my next go-to YouTube only to find out SSD may need a specific adapter for transfer. 🤦🏽 and nothing on the specific one here (NewQH)Finally I found the instruction booklet manual that I needed. Got the app and there it goes seemed to work fast 2 items transferred then pause….oh no!Loading n loading nothing seems to transfer.With everything on cloud and must download first. I am going to take a break before I break the harddrive or phone niether one cooperating back to work!

This has been super helpful. I hated having to navigate all of the iCloud and iPhone photos since it’s just so much work deciphering what is on the cloud and what isn’t. I like that I was able to easily just transfer everything into the drive with a peace of mind and then magically seeing I finally have more space and don’t have to deal with that notification popping up

Why is it that I didn’t see any of the bad reviews until after I purchased this product. I only seen the good ones. Where were the bad ones hiding? I really wanted this product to work for me. So after the first one didn’t work I just told them to send me another one thinking that maybe the one that I had got was defected. I received the second one and it’s doing the same thing that the first one was doing. I even went and bought a new USB-C cable thinking that was the problem and it wasn’t. Now I have to pack up two of these and send them back. I’m glad it worked for other people. I wish it would’ve worked for me. Would not connect to my phone at all.

Very easy to use. You don’t need to be a wizard in electronics and understanding on how it works to use this product. Just download the app. Plug it in and it will copy all of your files, photos and videos on your phone.
