Although it didn't include any installation instructions at all, I eventually figured out how to do it. Silicone protective keyboard cover fits perfectly and you soon forget it's there. I really can't figure out how the cover stays on with minimal visible fasteners, but it does. Doesn't scratch any part of the unibody, and overall, I'm pretty amazed at how cool this cover is. Really not necessary to spend any more money than this for a state of the art macbook cover. I'm really impressed.After using this for two years, I can't recommend it anymore. Almost every area of the case that has an opening cut into it has developed cracks, even though the case has never been dropped or even stressed in any way. I would look for another case.Plus, the keyboard cover that is included is junk. The color wears off any area of the cover that is used frequently.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. My daughter also has a MacBook so the color made it easy to figure out which one was Mom's when they were both sitting on the table. In time it has developed a few cracks and breaks, but that tells me it was protecting the MacBook inside rather than cheap construction or material. Bumps, strikes, and small drops happen in the life of a laptop, and this Hard Shell Skin Case has been completely reliable. It fit perfectly snapping on with ease. It adds a little thickness to the slim MacBook, but poses no problem when slipping it in or out of a laptop bag or backpack. I was doubtful of the keyboard membrane, but it works great and has protected against a couple of small spills for which we blame the cat.

This was one of my favorite cases! Lasted me so long and my girlfriend at the time was so clumsy always knocking things onto it or dropping it and the case saved my laptop so many times! I used it until the protection started coming off from my actual laptop.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!These COULD be really nice case/covers. But they DO NOT LAST! I have tried 5 times now to make these work and they all end up doing the exact same thing... Cracking and breaking into pieces. The only way I can explain why they do that is if the case gets the slightest bit cold and then into the warmth it splits. I'm really bummed about these, because I really like the feel and the style of them. Oh well, the quality is just TERRIBLE!! Thankfully I was able to always order another one and have amazon provide me a shipping label and refund my money. But this is the last time I get one. I'm trying something else. AVOID!!!

I have 2 very different reviews on the same product. The first one I bought started to crack in the corners after a few months of use. I'm very careful with my laptop and always have it either on a desk or carry it in the padded pocket of my backpack. That being said I was pretty surprised that the corners of the case started to crack and some pieces actually chipped off.HOWEVER... a few months ago I was given another case by the same company and I have not seen any of these previous signs of wear and tear. I absolutely love the color and it fits my 2009 unibody Macbook Pro like a glove.My suggestion to you is that if you decide to purchase this item to keep an eye on the corners just in case. My first one could quite possibly have just been a rogue defect but if you do see cracks after a while try to reinforce it right away otherwise it might spread.

When I first saw this I thought, ooo a nice blue case and cover for my computer.But after using this case on my computer for a while, I started to play games, etc for a long period of time, I noticed that the computer started to get hotter, rather the fans would start going more than usual. At first I thought I just needed to do an SMC, PRAM reset against my Macbook Pro and everything would be fine, but even after doing that, I noticed that the fan blowing more often on the simplest gaming program was not right. I took the case off, reset the SMC and PRAM, work fine and never does what it was doing before. Its a nice looking case but I won't use it too often

this does exactly what i wanted it to do and the color is very nice. no complaints. good price as well.At first glance I thought this was a good product. I've had it for a few months and it has cracked into a billion pieces with regular wear. I find pieces of the thing all over the house. Note that it has not been dropped. Throwing it away today.

The case is a great case, but if you look at the actual keyboard cover it does not fit properly. The keyboard cover is fits very loosely and requires you to have to move the keys or just take it off. As a bundle, you expect better quality of a cut for the package product. The case is a great fit and looks great (does need some wiping time to time. However, it is better than others on the market). Just a mild let down on the keyboard cover.

I bought the hard case blue cover for my 15" Macbook Pro. The Blue hard plastic cover fits with out problems and protects against sratches etc. But the Blue Keyboard cover does not fit tthe keys perfectly and is based on an old style. It does not fit certain keys. But on the whole I am happy with the Blue Hard plastic cover as it does what I require of it which is to protect my Macbook. Just a shame about the cover for the keys.

The cover fits well and looks very good, will protect my macbook pro and give it a little special blueness .The keyboard cover is a nice addition apart from it does not fit EU keyboards, not an issue as I use a Logic Pro skin anyway.

I've purchased this item to protect my newish macbook pro. I've got a little girl and she touches everthing, so I recommend this item in case you don't want to see any scratches or marks on your expensive macboo.

crap...inside the computer protection cover i bought was a biscuit wrapper[?!],and the product didn't fit the present up to date version of the mac book it was for.

love the colour and texture....good price worth using and buying....just when it arrived the skin for keyboard is a bit different my enter key is like an no. 7 shape not the rectangular...
