One of the Best Ice Cream Mixes. Make as Soft Serve or Regular Ice Cream
If you like very sweet ice cream with lots of vanilla flavor, this mix is for you. We've been making it through our Blizee soft serve machine, and it's amazing as a soft serve. After everyone has had a serving of soft serve, we put it in Tupperware freezing containers and "season" (freeze for at least 12 hours) the ice cream. It turns to a very nice consistency. At least, that's what my family says, as I prefer rock hard ice cream, this will still be able to be removed from the freezing container with a spoon; it's solid, but not overly so. It is hard-ish, creamy, with a great mouth feel. While it still doesn't beat the family recipe handed down for decades now, it is one of the better mixes you can buy, even if it is a bit on the pricey side. Overall, we're extremely pleased with the vanilla version. We're making the chocolate one tonight.

Product is good but….
I have bought this before and really like it. This time they mailed in in a plastic bag and the boxes the product comes in was smashed! Do better please.
