A good product to use when helping kids learn how to use scissors. It provides an easy grip and allows for adult support if needed. They can be used with right- or left-handed children.Pro-my students enjoy using these and it helps them be more independent with cutting activities.con-right out of package they are a little harder to close, but do get easier with use.

I purchased these for myself and my husband. We use them for small everyday tasks such as opening eye glass cleaner wipes, denture cleaner tablets, envelopes, spice packets, etc. Any small item that is difficult for arthritic hands/fingers to tear open these work great. You don't need to use any force with them and regardless of which finger/fingers are effected by arthritis I seem to be able to work with these. I also see that these work well for any one with large hands like my husband. He has a hard time with regular scissors and since these you just hold (no holes to try to squeeze your fingers into) no problems. Good value for the money and no aggravation.

cheap quality and hard to use!! You have to squeeze harder than with regular scissors and they want to slip out of your hand, Blades are kind of dull too. Just get fiskars kid scissors.

As a special education teacher I found these scissors for the best price here. Fir students or adults who have issues holding scissors these are great.

My daughter is 9 and these are the perfect size for her hands. She can’t use regular scissors due to low tone in fingers. Highly recommend these fir bugger hands not recommend for toddlers get the smaller size.
