What is the best type of pen to write on these pages?

I used a thin tip marker but I used more letter stickers than markers as the ink ran a little.

How do you stick the photos on the book?

You could use many methods. I plan to buy the corner sticker tabs for my photos. Instead of licking the back, I plan to hot glue them to the paper. It will take more time but will hold up better over time.

Can the pages be taken out?

I believe they can be...but my daughter in law ordered this.
