what is gluten aid used for

I've been taking these capsules for ten years with no problems, side effects, etc. If your body has trouble digesting gluten, then these pills will help your body digest it. If you're intolerant you have problems digesting gluten and very often suffer from its side effects. These capsules mimic what your pancreas should be doing-producing amylase protease, and other enzymes. In my ten years of taking these, I have discovered that sometimes I have have to take two to resolve my symptoms, but they definitely help me. FYI, I am not a medical professional. All the above is from my personal experience. In my opinion, intolerance problem seems to have gotten worse when the food industry started tinkering with wheat's DNA. Our wheat is genetically modified nowadays (GMO.)

Does this help with gluten rash ?

I am sorry to say no it does not. It does help me with digestion if a small amount of gluten is eaten. I have been taking for months and love it. Many times has helped me not be sick.

Is this made using glyphosate?

No, the enzymes are lab grown, not farmed, so are protected from environmental contaminants such as glyphosate.

Why does this include (as stated) aspergillus niger, which is black mold?

Your question made me do some digging and it was interesting to find info on how it works in the digestive system.
