Order of use... Use after moisturizer?

I developed an extensive rash over my face and neck after 2 days use, but I have allergic contact dermatitis caused by isopropyl alcohol in my medical history. However, I can’t see it contains isopropyl alcohol mentioned in ingredients. So Im wondering why the reason for reaction was! The reason I bought this product was it contains zinc which always been so kind on my skin, but it wasn’t the case in this occasion

I have very light skin will it blend in or will leave a line like darker foundations

It’s quite dark. Probably the equivalent of a medium foundation. I am not sure if it comes in different shades but if I does I would go for a lighter one. It’s nice though perhaps you could mix it with a white one to get the shade you want?

Is it give you sheer and sparkle a bit?! And is it covers brown spots like a foundation?

In my 50’s I find make up heavy. This covers, protects and just using a small amount gives a lovely finish. Tinted brow gel, mascara and Vaseline rosy lips gives me a really nice everyday look
