I was thinking this was a bigger bottle. What I get for not reading enough of the details. Product is excellent though.

Good for post surgery wound changing. Keeping a spine surgery incision clean is important. It was used to clean all around the area between bandage changes. It worked well was easy to use and no infections later.

This sprayed very easily onto the gause i used to clean his red and skin cracking on his lower leg. However, after 9 months of no blisters, after 3 times of using this wound cleanser my husband had many blisters and his redness got brighter. I found a wash instead of a spray with the old brand that had protected him so well. I put that in a spray bottle and that works well. I will not take chances and use the Evo Dyne Dermal wound Cleanser on my husbands legs again. I will probably just toss it. Thank you for asking.

This cleanser is very gentle and non irritating. The spraying function would have been great, but the bottles nozzle was broken. The nozzle being broken did not stop the cleanser from working. Overall The amount of product received is great and I would highly recommend it.

This Evo Dyne Dermal Wound Cleanser was well packaged, coming with the bottle actually shrink wrapped so it wouldn’t spray or unscrew during shipping (something that seems to frequently happen with “wet” first aid supplies!)After unwrapping, I found that the sprayer works really well and has a tough, sturdy spray nozzle. It sprays a lot for one spray and has a wide spray: great for wound cleansing! I took this on a camping trip with me but didn’t end up needing it (thankfully). It’s now packed away in my first aid kid lest I ever need it, but it seems to be a high quality item and I feel confident it should perform should I ever need it. Would recommend. Expiration date two years out from date of purchase.

I ordered this intending to give it to my older sister who is currently caring for a bedridden friend who occasionally gets bed sores from the constant immobility of his illness. All that can be done to mitigate him from getting these sores is challenging due to his illness and bedridden state. My sister has been rendering wound care when these sores flare up with the usual medications prescribed by the M.D. that primarily consist of antibiotics and sulfa-type ointments with steroidal additives. She describes these as useful, but slow acting. She just started using the Evo Dyne Dermal Wound Cleanser recently and has noticed that the wounds seem to be "drying up" faster and closing than they had before. She says she will report back to give me an assessment update soon. I'm hoping that this spray may work as an adjunct to the other wound care medications hopefully.

I am very pleased with this wound wash. It effectively cleans the dirt out of wounds so they can be bandaged safely in places where the more common running water and soap would be used. Since when I am home I can do the cleaning at the sink, I keep this in my camp kitchen bin. This lets me wash out any cuts, scrapes or other "owies" my family might incur when we are out in the woods. The spray-on solution cleanses effectively and leaves the wound clean and ready for the bandage.
