When i try to add this to my cart it says that it cannot be shipped to my address. is this still available in usa?

Yes it is please reach out to amazon customer support for assistance.

Is this an rc snake? or just an on/off switch on snake? plz ty!

Thanks for your interest. It is not a remote control snake. If you turn switch on, the tongue moves, the eyes do something and it slithers pretty fast. Utube does have videos on it to show it if interested. Thanks

How do you put the batteries in????

On the back of it neck, in-between orange marks, there is a small button to push, and the head comes off. Then un-screw the screw to put the batteries in

Would this have difficulty running on carpet?

Will not run on carpet...... the tiny little wheels only stick out of the body by 1/8 of inch.
