This is just what I need to get the elliptical working again

I bought an old, very well used Life Fitness elliptical from my gym for $100. At the time, the panel worked fine. But it eventually took longer and longer for the panel to activate. I installed this battery and the panel fired up immediately. Now, after a single rotation the panel is lighted up and ready to be programmed. This battery works perfectly on the Life Fitness 9100 series elliptical.

They promptly shipped a replacement with no questions asked. Can’t rate with 0 stars so 1 star it is - this delivered on 7 December 2017, and worked fine in our elliptical. Today is 27 December 2017, and the battery is already dead. That is crap - can’t return it due to Amazon policy. Yes, it is rechargeable, but do you need to recharge your car battery after 3 weeks? No, and if you did - you would want a refund.

$30 to fix a $4000+ elliptical machine was well worth it and super easy to fix. I used to use the elliptical all the time. I wish I would have figured this out years ago. My elliptical literally sat useless for years and I didn't realize the problem till recently. Now its as good as knew and I don't have to go to the gym anymore and wait for a machine.

This was very easy to install on my 9500HR elliptical. My old battery had corroded heavily at the positive terminal so just had to cut that wire close to the post, remove the negative connector, replace the positive connect with a 20AWG female disconnect terminal and remove/replace the battery.One point though...be very careful removing and reinstalling the battery 2-piece cover. The screws are not meant for multiple removals and installs...so it's very easy to strip out the nut plates.

A bit expensive. Not very easy install due to the design of the bike. But this battery brought the bike back to life.
