I am revising my negative feedback since I got the replacement headset from the vendor and this one works great. The initial headset I received was defective and I contacted the vendor and the vendor sent another item right away.The bluetooth pairs right away and the sound quality is superb. I love this headset because the main purpose was having FM on the headset and this is the only bluetooth headset on the planet that has FM built in feature at this price point. It is little bigger because of FM radio but does not look odd at all. My wife love the headset and she took it it, who said gadgets for for men only :(

The NEXGADGET is a fun piece of technology! I appreciate the FM radio feature a lot!The ability to retract the wires to the earbuds was another of the features that Drew me to this set. One big problem at the outset was that the left side earbud doesn't lock in place when it is pulled out! With a lot of big of the button used to contract when wire, and having to extend the wire to it's complete length I can make it lock in. It's disappointing​, but I can make it work. I didn't send it back for new because I wanted to use it right away, and because I could made it work.The other thing that I don't exactly care for is that in the initial start up the volume is at it's extreme top end, and it has to be adjusted down quickly.Other than that, I have enjoyed them very much, and they fit comfortably. I forget that I have them on!A follow up on my order is in order.After my review, the company replaced my headset free of charge, and they're follow-up has been exceptional!They have been a great company to work with.

love the idea that it closes and the retractable earbuds... i bought it to use with my phone...people said i sounded like i was in a tunnel and there is a lot of background noise...did not try listening to music which probably is what it really is intended for...ended up returning itupdate review: the company contacted me and offered to send me a free set to try...they were genuinely concerned about "making it right"...i definitely will buy from nexgadget in the future. I give their customer service 5 stars.

I bought this on May 17, 2017 and it quit working on August 13, 2017, apparently out of the warranty period. At that time I gave her a negative review of this device. I was contacted by the manufacturer who informed me that depending on the problem, the warranty period was in effect for one year. Almost simultaneously, I plugged it in one last time, and it started charging! I have no idea what happened, but the problem is now solved, and I have no problem giving this headset five stars.

I've been looking around for a while for a pair of bluetooth headphones since Apple removed the audio jack from iPhone 7. I'm definitely happy I found these. This product is well-made and looks durable. The sound quality is pretty good but not perfect. I like the folding design, it makes it much easier to store them or just toss them in my bag. I also like the padding on the middle part of the ring, it really helps to create comfort when wearing them for a long time. It would be better if the wires can be a bit thicker on the ear units.

It sounds good but I bought the memory card that goes with it and it will not stay in it does not lock so you can't use this to listen to music which defeats the reason to buy it.This is a update, after contact with customer support they sent me a replacement and it is working as advertised, it has a good bass and the charge last for good long time. I usual charge it once and I am good for the day.

This bluetooth headphones by Nexgadget has options for you, like all bluetooth headphones, it allows you to connect to your phone for music. Two additional options are FM radio and TF card slot for music files. I don't have any TF cards but yes to FM radio stations! This function is great, I don't need to bring my phone with me when I go for a run and still able to enjoy some good music. Everything works well as advertised.

For the price, it's a pretty good headset. I'm a basic user... just for the occasional phone call when I'm on the go or otherwise want/need my hands free, so I haven't really tried the other features it apparently has. But for my purposes, this works well.
