Grandson loves his paddle
My grandson is only 2 years old but he loves hitting a pickleball. I decided to get him this paddle because the grip, of the paddle he was learning with, was too big for his hand. He loves his new paddle.

More for novelty use
I bought two of these for my kids, ages 8 and 5. Being a pickleball player myself, I bounced a ball on the paddle and immediately noticed it felt dead and unresponsive. My daughter was taking lessons with an adult paddle, but when she switched to this, she had more mishits. We returned it and got a lightweight adult paddle with a thinner grip, and she started making better contact. I wanted to like this paddle, but something about the dimensions is off, and it doesn't work well. My wife and tried volleying back and forth, and you can definitely tell the sweet spot is small and the paddle doesn't have much rebound.
