Box never contained 12 months subscription
12 month subscription was missing. Called Matterport very very very poor customer service. Had to sent it back in the end after 1 1/2 hours of phone calls and 10 emails laterThey could just sent another code but have gone silent?????

12 months subscription missing
As other's have mentioned there was no 12 month subscription code in the box. Amazon say to contact Matterport and Matterport offer no help. It's not been a good first impression for matterport support.

Don’t purchase the 12 month starter pack edition
The seller does not include the 12 month starter license so do not choose this option. When you contact Matterport (I.e. the company selling the device) they tell you that they cannot help you.

Très facile à utiliser pour un rendu très pro
Très satisfait de cet achat, le rendu est très pro ....facile d'utilisation mais attention à bien recharger le produit avant utilisation et pour ma part le chargeur iphone ne charge pas cet objet j'ai pris un autre chargeur et ça a bien fonctionné

Ik dacht een gimbal besteld te hebben. Maar blijkbaar geen goed onderzoek gedaan vooraf.Het is een stabilisator.Even uitgepakt en is wel een heel mooi apparaat als je hem nodig hebt.Ik denk als je het nodig hebt, je wel waar voor je geld krijgt.
