Excellent value for the money; kids LOVE it
Had our first outdoor family movie night recently, and it was a blast. This little projector was GREAT! I'm not a videophile, nor audiophile. I grew up watching old-style TVs where I was the remote, so I'm easy to please. Having said that, I'm nearly 30 years in tech, so I do care that it looks great, I'm just not super picky. For me, the 1080P looks excellent for how small this projector is! I pointed it at a wall inside the house for the initial setup; it's Android-based, and setup was pretty slick. It'll be even easier if you have an Android-based phone. Got all my relevant apps synced and it connected to my house WiFi just fine. Once I got it dialed in, I paired it with a JBL Flip 5 speaker. Combined with the stand I purchased, there's room for the speaker and the projector with room to spare. Planning on getting a second JBL Flip 5 to put them in "party mode" for stereo effect. For me, the sound setup is great. Since it's Bluetooth, you can place the speakers on either side of the audience instead of the stand if you want. JBLs are loud enough to be fun, but can be dialed in so you don't drive your neighbors crazy. Couple of tips: I used some stakes to ground the projector stand in the lawn; didn't want it accidentally getting knocked over. Also, when I first took it outside, I thought I had messed something up on the projector, but it turned out the brightness had been turned all the way down to zero. Not sure how I did that. Once that was fixed, we had a great time. Paired it with a 16' inflatable screen, also from Amazon. Super fun summer activity for the fam.

Upgraded our projector and we do not regret it! (Comparison photos, you may also need a GOOD screen)
****** January 6/2020*****We decided to upgrade. We originally had a Dr.J Professional. (The first photo). The screen we currently have is from that first projector. It was blurry and washed out.The screen is not very opaque. So it's effecting the quality of the Nebula projector. So we are looking into a new more opaque screen as well. The difference between the 2 so far though is very noticeable! It doesn't give us a nice black, but we have it in the middle of the room and some of light falls behind it. The picture is much clearer tho and colours are way brighter.Having the apps built in and Chromecast is already way better since we had our computer hooked up to the first projector. Now one of us can use the projector, the other can use the computer :)Definitely recommend! Bit pricey but the extra features are great to have !******Update Jan. 20/2020.Just got a proper screen with hydrologic features (Elite Screen pull down screen). 100% recommend! Screen was also purchased through Amazon. The colour this projector produces on a proper screen is amazing (third photo). You can see everything very clear with the lights on now!I would say, Kind of sad the remote doesn't have light up buttons so we can what we press in the dark. The speakers are okay. And it's. Bit laggy and kind of have to press multiple times before getting a response. But it's a really nice projector and Id still recommend it! Keeping the five star rating.

Impressive
The media could not be loaded. The fact that I can use this in my wall without putting a projector screen because it adapts to the color of my wall is amazing. The sound quality, the speed of the device and the image quality are all great. I have the screen right now projecting at 12 ft of projection surface and the image is HD and it can be seen clearly at dusk and perfectly at night, as you can see in the video

Excellent
Overall excellent portable affordable projector. Audio quality is low but can hear clearly in room and i can pair with Bluetooth speaker so no worry for me. Brightness is good even though only 400 ANSI. Video quality is amazing. I would recommend it.

[UPDATED] Shockingly decent.
I've left my original review at the bottom, in case anyone else experiences the same thing and is searching for answers. At 120" even outdoors, while there's still some light out, the picture quality is quite good and visible, for well-lit applications. Darker videos obviously need less light, but nothing extreme. The onboard speakers is okay. I wouldn't recommend dramas, suspense, or horror, as they tend to have a lot lower volumes, but the majority of online videos and movies should be fine for small applications. If you're playing for larger venues, you're gonna wanna invest in an external receiver, because the Bluetooth connectivity is very much useless. I thought the other reviews were just exaggerating, but if anything, they're downplaying the horrific functionality. There's no way to use it. It really is on the level of being a joke; it's garbage and just serves to increase cost.Remote requires direct line of sight and is generally poor in responsiveness, but functional. No auxiliary output is probably the biggest flaw as it has such poor audio options.[PREVIOUS REVIEW (if this happens, your wireless hardware is defective)] This device is not easy to setup, like all the other reviews claim. Instead of simply listing available networks, for you to choose yours from, you have to manually input the name and password, before the device attempts to connect. It then fails, but doesn't designate if it was your network name of password that was incorrect. The Google quick setup is nothing more than 3 seconds of waiting before being prompted to unsuccessfully try the garbage wifi setup again. Oh, there's an app too, which does nothing - well, you can click a picture of the device you purchased and watch as a fractal infinity symbol is etched across your screen a few times, before being unable to connect to your device. At this point, I don't even wanna know what will happen if I try to just go straight to the HDMI. It really feels like this is an overpriced joke.
