Great when you have to strip floors and have no room for a machine
Had one that I loaned to somebody who did not return it. This is great. We had several hard floors, including Terrazzo, where there is not enough room to run an electric scrubber. This works great. With brown strip pads, no problem and a great result.

Works well on my Dec-Tec outdoor flooring
The Dec-Tec flooring has some texture to it and you need a bit of a scrubber to clean it. It worked well.
