Nice gate but be careful with install
I like this gate, it feels sturdy. Install should have been easy, but I found out just how not square my walls are. If you may also have that problem, I found it was easier to install the hinge side and place the gate, and then align the clasp side to match, rather than try to use the included templates. Also, if you have baseboards, it may be difficult to install this so that it is low enough (3" above floor) to be safe.

Not sturdy latches
Returning this item because the latches do not appear to be sturdy enough to stand up to the constant opening and closing of the gate

Love it!
Parents this is the gate you NEED! I’ve had 4 other kinds before this one. And none of them had held up to my Rottweiler, kindergartner, and toddler trifecta, except this one. Just make sure you screw it into your studs and not just drywall and this gate will be the best you’ll ever own.
