Like many I was hesitant to buy as the official HP brand product is considerably more, but I did. I just inserted my first cartridge and while the printer did notify me that it was not an official HP it worked perfectly. The look and feel of the cartridge felt is exactly the same. The test prints were exactly the same. There was no additional noise, it was a HUGE value for the money over HP with great print quality. It may not be an authentic HP toner cartridge but who cares as long as it works and saves me a very large amount of money. No signs of leakage or toner run on the copies.

My printer let me know these were not genuine HP but works great and way less expensive. I’m hoping they last as long also.

I recently (6/26/25) bought the TRUE IMAGE 201X M277dw Toner Cartridge 4 Pack. I would like to offer highly positive feedback regarding both this product and the company. I decided to try a third-party cartridge with quality toner and lower prices than HP toners. The toner cartridges were received very quickly from Amazon. However, the box was somewhat damaged upon arrival. I did a quick assessment and found that one of the cartridges was slightly damaged. I notified True Image of the issue, and they quickly sent me a new replacement cartridge. I was amazed at how quickly they resolved this issue. I finally got to use the cartridges for the first time about a week ago (8/25/25). I have been a long-time user of HP cartridges and worried about the quality of third-party cartridges. Let me assure everyone that the quality of the cartridges from TRUE IMAGE is very high. I have noticed absolutely no difference in quality. The use of these cartridges is easy to understand with the Installation Guide. I had no problem following the easy 4-step process. Yes, it is a little different from using the HP cartridges, but easy to follow. I am now a life-long buyer of TRUE IMAGE Toner Cartridges. The lower price is fair, the quality is excellent, and it meets my goal of reducing my costs while providing quality toner. I give them 5 stars and would like to give them 6 for overachievement. I only wish I had tried them sooner. Also, there is a BONUS: I no longer get the annoying messages from my printer to check if I am using an HP Cartridge. Unfortunately, I cannot find any weaknesses in using the True Image cartridges.

Previous purchases were great but this last must be a bad batch. Purchased these while they were having a sale and finally installed when I needed new ink. Printing started out great with crisp colors and reliability however shortly after using, the color cartridges have started to leak terribly - particularly the blue and yellow. I now have yellow and blue streaks on random printed pages. The interior of my printer is a mess. I managed to clean my printer as best I could, but obviously this particular lot of cartridges are not quality items. I’m outside of my return window due to my purchasing during the sale, but this should not happen. Now I will have to spend more money on a better quality set of cartridges. I have purchased this brand before in the past and have been very happy previously. I hope my printer is not ruined permanently.

Good product - had an issue with a leaking toner and they were super easy to deal with. They have great customer service

The yellow was streaking and I reached out to customer service who immediately sent me a replacement yellow cartridge and solved the problem!

Good customer service, but the products may go bad just like any brands, so I will suggest to have some spare and contact the company for a replacement.

J'ai installé le toner noir 7-8 mois après achat (après stockage sur l'étagère à coté de l'imprimante). L'impression du noir est mauvaise sur le coté droit de la feuille alors que le toner est neuf... Pas de problèmes sur les toner couleur. Édit : suite au commentaire, j'ai pu être remboursé et une autre cartouche m'a été envoyé
