But this, you won’t regret it.
I wanted a postpartum girdle of some sort after the birth of my second daughter. Unlike my first baby (c section), I had a natural delivery and I wanted something to help support my flabby tummy. This did the job nicely. Much easier to use the toilet with this than the full torso kind that requires you to unhook at the crotch before you can do your business. I would not recommend this for use after a C section however, as it isn’t very stiff. It’s just enough to help squeeze in and support a post partum tummy so you don’t feel so weak and floppy during those first couple of weeks after baby arrives. This fit true to size on me. I bought the size I believed would fit me the best post partum based on the size of clothing I had been wearing, and then when my tummy shrunk down a bit I bought the next size down. During early-mid pregnancy I wore clothing size XS-S, and then switched to a M-L during the last trimester. I definitely recommend this product. I couldn’t have done without it during those first couple of weeks.

It’s supposed to be small!
I am 5’2 and am two weeks PP. I weighed 143 when my kid was born with a starting weight of 117. I bought the XS/S. It is a perfect fit. It’s very tight but it’s supposed to be. I had a section and putting it on by stepping into it was very helpful. The only thing I don’t love about it is that it’s made for someone with a longer torso. Yup that’s not me. Instead it goes from the base of my bra to just above my incision. It is worth it. I found Ingrid & Isabel early in the second pregnancy and they haven’t failed me yet.

A great, low-fi belly band.
I would definitely recommend this band for someone who wants a more "gentle" postpartum binder. It's tight, but not really uncomfortable like some of the stiffer bands. It holds you in for sure, but won't give you a totally flat stomach. I started using it about a week postpartum, once my tummy shrank a little naturally. I originally ordered the M/L, but it was way too tight--I couldn't pull it all the way up. I ordered the L/XL and its perfect. I'm 5'9", about 160 pre-pregnancy, and maybe 185 right now 4 weeks postpartum. It stretches a little after a few days of wear, but tightens back up after washing. Free returns, so definitely give it a try!

Rolls
The idea was nice but unfortunately it does roll the only way around it was to wear underwear and pants over top tightly to try and minimize it happening. Also since its SO hard to get on and off it just wasnt something i got much out of, your post partum self doesnt necessarily have the strength/energy to put on and off and deal with the rolling. Also it irritated my skin i was surprised this happened actually. I would not buy again and really dont recommend it for its said purpose. I got better results from the hospital given wrap and transitioned to this but after a few wears i was over it. Material is nice and the snug fit would probably be awesome if didnt roll. Mind you i also was below my prepregnacy weight by the time i was wearing this i am 5'4 and 125 lbs so for sure it shouldn't have rolled per its claim. Sorry ladies the search is still on for a post partum wrap

Too small!
Got this for after birth and it did NOT fit at all. Far too small! Typically a size 12/14 so got the Large/XL. It would not even go on. Seems like aa strong, flexible material but far too tight!

Great compression band
I really like this band. The only problem is the silicone strip that helps hold it in place gave me blisters. Not sure if it was just rubbing or if it was an allergic reaction, but I have multiple blisters from both top and bottom band.Side note: I do have a latex allergy but there shouldn’t be latex in those strips.

Very comfortable!
This afterband is very comfortable. Other shape wear I’ve tried has been much more restrictive of movement. It’s just enough compression that you feel supported, but flexible enough to be able to move around and get all that needs to get done around the house with a newborn. If you are curvier, it does tend to slide up when you sit down.

Comfortable control
This was great for use a few weeks following my c-section. It is nice because it doesn’t have wires for shorter torsos. The only down fall is that it has to be stretched out a lot to get it on the waist area and some of the sticky started cracking. Overall it stays up well and is comfortable for daily wear.

So small!
Pre pregnancy i was a size 10 so opted for s/m. Instructions say to step into the band - honestly I couldn’t get it past one leg!! Going to try next size... considering jumping to xl!
