Very disappointed. Wrote to the seller
There is no way this is a cape. It actually barely fits on my 5 year old sons head and velcros under the chin. Even on his back and Velcro in front... VERY small. Very disappointed. Wrote to the seller... no response.

Great Gift!
My son is over the moon about this dragon! He loves it! it fits like a cape, secured with Velcro, and is really long bodied with a large wingspan and doesn't have too much wire in it. More pricey than preferred, but it was a great gift for a child with a big imagination!
