So far this chair has not disappointed me. It looked comfortable when I first viewed it and well built. It’s that and so much more. The footstool is a big plus. It too is easy on your legs and feet. This shade of gray could find its place in just about any room with any style of decor. The chair is well padded and being able to recline with my feet up is exactly what this chair provides. It was probably the easiest piece of furniture I have ever assembled. Roughly 8 bolts, 2 clip type fasteners , instructions and an allen wrench that this company provides to complete the job. Highly recommended this chair and footstool.

Overall the chair is very nice. The thing to be aware of - in it's full upright position, the chair is tilted back quite a bit - like an office chair that tilts back as opposed to reclines. Then it reclines normally starting from that position. You can see that in some of the pictures... when fully upright the arm rests are not parallel to the floor but are tilted back. In some of the photos, the arm rests are tilted back more than in others. I'm not sure if all the chairs are the same way, or if I got an unusual one. In a way, it's very comfy - you tend to slide back into the seat.

For how cheap it is its very comfortable, I have had one for over a year now and just bought my second one with zero issues. Easy to assemble as well.

Previous reviewers are right: pins in the back are hard to assemble, and the chair doesn't fit properly in its base, causing it to wiggle. The stool is also uneven on the floor, rocking back and forth. The chair leans back in upright position, but I bought it for that. It's a little smaller overall than my last chair like this. I haven't decided if I'm returning or not. Problems are expected at this price point, but there are quite a few issues...

Chair rocks on base and there is no way to fix this because the hole in the base is too large. The wrong base may have been sent? Also, the people who mentioned having a problem inserting one of the pins in the tabs that connect the back and the seat are right. Nice fake leather though.
