Duncan Hines Perfect Size for One, Chocolate Lovers, 10.16 oz

These little cakes are delicious! They satisfy my chocolate cravings just fine. I put the packets in my lunch bag and take them to work as well. Since I don't have a microwave at home, I take a ramekin, and mix up the cake mix in it. (spraying the ramekin first with some Pam is great). Then I put the ramekins in a pan, pour water into the pan, until it's almost halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Turn the flame on medium, and cover the pan. An average size ramekin can hold 2 packets, but the cake will rise a bit over the top (think chocolate souffle) so you'll need a pot lid with room for expansion. The heat you're cooking with is moist heat, so, the cake won't dry out, but you still need to watch the cooking time. You can cook the cake to a lava cake consistency, or you can cook it all the way through.

When the kids want a treat and I don't want to make or buy a treat I trot this out and they can make it themselves. Though it's not healthy (so don't feed this to your kids on the daily folks) it works great as an occasional treat and the cool factor of them making it themselves just adds that extra star. I mean it's 4 star for flavor as it is solid but the extra for the way you make it. I do keep these pretty hidden otherwise they will eat them in a day.

Totally yum. It's almost too much of a good thing that these are so easy to make. What make's it better is adding some chocolate chips - boosts it from yum to Oh, Yeah!

This is exactly as it looks and it's perfect I live in a very small apt and it's perfect for the microwave and its Duncan Hines so the taste is wonderful

Took me a couple of tries to get it right...Good snack... Not very tasty..only paid 25 cents with promotional.and don't know if I would buy again..

This is a perfect chocolate craving snack size for a dorm room. Delicious, fluffy, no mess. Love it! I think I will have to buy some more before my daughter goes to college, oh well!
