This air pump by far is the best one for and aerobic septic system! The life you get from this pump and air out put is unmatched. It is also the quietest one I’ve heard. Well not heard

Works great and alarm works great!
My aerator went out on my septic tank and a guy recommended this one! I took his word and I don’t regret my decision! It’s a bit pricey but it is worth the money!!

Do not buy
It worked for 2.5 years, just 6 months past the warranty. The company will not stand behind their product after the 2 year warranty is up.

Don't buy, junk.
It was easy to install. Just like all of the septic pumps. I had it installed INSIDE my home to aerate my septic system. It was professionally installed by a septic contractor. It lasted just over a year and died. The warranty is one year. The manufacturer"claims" they're good for 5-10 years. What a joke. I was going to get a $100 rebuild kit for it. But a professional installer/rebuilder of these particular pumps said it doesn't really work. They send you new pistons and seals. But the cylinder walls that the new pistons mate to are worn. So it's very inefficient. Stick with a Hiblow. They have a 2 year warranty and operate by a rubber diaphragm instead of pistons.
