I love this soap! It has lasted around 5 months in 4 different hand soap pumps around my home. I appreciate its cleaner ingredients and subtle scent. This soap is not greasy or heavy. It’s pricey but the longevity makes it worth it to me. I’d be buying soap from B&BW or Buff City anyways which would cost the same. If you remember the Carrabbas soap back in the day (the lavender one), this soap smells like that, just less fragrance.

--- Update 08/08/2018 I've finished the soap that came with the dispenser and have now refilled them using the "Puracy Natural Foaming Hand Soap Refill" and for some reason the refill have better consistency, as in more solid foam. Not sure what the difference is though. My recommendation would be to try the refill, at least, to see if you like it better. --- Original Review We've been switching back and forth between Seventh Generation Liquid Soap and Babyganics Foaming Hand Soap. My wife wanted to stay with the foaming hand soap so we want to give Puracy a try since we already use their Baby Shampoo & Body Wash and love it. What we love about Puracy is the their product is natural and their scent is subtle. Our kids have been using it and even our 2 year old doesn't have any trouble using it. One thing I am slightly peeved about is that it doesn't maintain a solid foam. I think this is what others are complaining about when they say it's watery. I've used my fair share of foaming handsoap and this is the first time where the foam didn't maintain shape. It slightly breaks down and it starts to slide down as soon as you move your hand to starting applying it on your hand. I've read other negative reviews and the founder's reply to those comments that mention watery consistency is that it's is expected from foaming hand soap and that we should use liquid handsoap for thicker consistency: --- * Liquid soap is for standard dispensers and will create a thick lather when agitated with water on your skin. * Foaming soap is for foaming dispensers which mix air with the watery soap and pump foam directly into your hands. Does the "water soap" have more water content? Or, does using more natural ingredient make it difficult to have the foam maintain it's shape after it's pumped? etc.

This soap is amazing! Living in a city with low humidity leaves me with dry skin. Recently, I had an extremely premature baby who stayed in the NICU for 3 months. We had to wash our hands every time we came to see her and before we touched her and after we changed her diaper. I was pumping breastmilk for her and had to wash my hands before doing that. I had to wash my pump parts after every use. All this hand washing was leaving my hands so dry and cracked I actually got a rash from it! I started looking into gentle hand soaps and found a lot of information about all the bad things for your skin that go into most hand soaps. I decided I needed a sulfate free soap. I was drawn to Puracy because of their simple product design and read great reviews about their products. I decided to give them a try. I started with the Puracy hand soap and dish soap. After the first use I immediately noticed a difference! I didn't need lotion on my hands after washing! They felt smooth and soft and clean. Since then I have been adding more Puracy products to our household. I appreciate that I don't have to research a natural sulfate free product for every aspect of my home. Puracy has almost everything. I feel much better about the products my family is using daily on our skin, clothes, dishes, etc.

There is suddenly something very wrong with this foaming soap. I’ve been ordering this on Subscribe & Save for years. The product I received Nov 2025 is not the same. It is not a liquid, it’s a gel, which does not at all work in the Puracy foaming dispensers I have. The scent is off, too; it’s not quite bad, but definitely verging on bad. Additionally, instead of the soap being clear as usual, it is a dark orangey-brown. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the package to refill my dispensers until after the return window closed, so now I have unusable soap that I paid for.

The delivery was very fast, and the product quality matched the description. smell good. I like it.

This is too thick to pump out of a foam dispenser. I had to add water then it’s just so diluted. I’m disappointed. Also the smell is just ok. Not bad but not good.

Horrible representation of product. This is NOT foaming soap, it was regular gel.

Perhaps my expectation is high. But on back of my mind I guess I compared it with products of "Bath and Body Works". So the scent is weak and disappear in few seconds. Also check the packaging. It is different from what they advertised. I know the packaging doesn't change the product but I it gives me a feeling they wanted to attract more attention with a old/fake picture.
