Ball Jar Rose Vintage Regular Mouth Quart Canning Jars, 4-Pack, 4 Pack

I bought these for making overnight oats, and they work perfectly and are extremely pretty. Like many others have stated, the pink color is muted in most lighting, but it’s still clearly pink and is a nice change from your typical jar. The “hammered glass” appearance actually is very attractive, and I really love how it catches the light. Yes, they’re just jars, but if you don’t need a ton of them and you want to make something mundane a bit prettier, I think these are a great option!

I received my jars yesterday and was happy to have acquired them. I have taken photos of them outside and inside. They literally sparkle in the sunlight. I love the hammered glass look. I purchased them more for display with flowers from my garden so I feel the price is right. For canning I just use the clear ones. I have purchased all the heritage jars for the purpose of beauty and display and have not been disappointed with any.

I love these jars! They are perfect for oats, tea, other dry items. They are very versatile and the rose color is pretty. Durable too.

I am big on mason jars. I literally use them for everything. To find these ball mason jars in this color had me as excited as a kid finding out they’re going to Disney 😂 they are absolutely gorgeous! They’re a good size, i normally use this size for storing smaller berries or grapes. And as usual with ball, the glass is nice and thick, the lids are air tight and seal perfectly which helps keep everything fresh longer. Ball is one of the best brands in my opinion because everything works as it should and serves its purpose. I was also surprised by how affordable it was especially with them being an uncommon color. These will fit beautifully into my collection.

I love these jars overall, BUT if you expect them to be soft rose pink, as shown in the listing pics, you will be surprised when you open your box. They are more of a light purple, as shown. While they work with our color scheme, I wish they were pink as advertised. The metal lids that came with the jars were very old looking and discolored, like they had been sitting around for quite some time. Again, not a deal breaker as we are replacing them with white lids so they don't rust. Overall very happy with the jars, but less with the color and lids. The listing pictures need to be updated to reflect the color you get.

Just arrive to my home in Australia & all intact double boxed each wrapped with bubble wrap so non broken. It shows that the 4 are in a ball box buy never received them as shown all individually packed A bit disappointing as I do like the ball boxed to store them in but no problem. Also the jars are lovely but the lids are not ball original lids as the rim doesn't screw all the way down as the original ball rims do also the lids themselves are not the original ball lids because they don't have ball on the lids. So will be replacing the lids & rims when I go to use then either in my water bath, pressure canner or steam canner that I will be purchasing on the USA branch as the Australian branch don't have the one I want in stock & it's cheaper to purchase the Steam Canner from the USA so I save over $150 in AU so it will only cost me $199 in AU from the US instead of purchasing on the AU site where it would cost me over $320 so a big saving. Can't wait to use the lovely jars & will but one in my sewing room for something not sure what yet nut it will look lovely in there. Anyway a great purchase as these are lovely but beware the lids are not original Ball lids or rims.

If you're expecting a neon or Barbie pink or baby pink, don't buy these. These jars are not hot pink, they are exactly as described: Vintage Rose. Vintage rose is like a dusty rose which combines pink and violet for a rich and elegant hue, which is why some people mistakenly believe the description is wrong and that they received purple jars. It's not and they didn't. The word "vintage" means old, so these jars are meant to look old, dated, which is why while at first blush the lids may look stained and dirty, they're not. They're meant to look - you guessed it - old ! So, you will not receive the wrong colour, you will receive exactly what is in the description: Vintage (old, or dated-looking) vintage-rose (or dusty rose, faded rose) jars. You will NOT receive bubblegum pink, Barbie pink, neon pink, or even baby pink jars because none of those shades are vintage pink. The purplish hue that people in the 1-star reviews are complaining about is supposed to be there. That's what turns regular pink into vintage pink. Hope this clears up the real reason for some of the 1-star reviews. The description says one thing but people expect to receive something else. I'm not criticizing or mocking anyone because I've done it too with online orders- more than once I'm ashamed to say lol, which is why now I read the description carefully and believe what it says.

None were broken. Wrapped very well for shipping. They are pretty to look at if you store anything on a countertop.
