P229 fits like a glove, close-fitting, comfortable. My first kydex/leather combo.
Took a chance on this holster. I'm a leather guy going way back but was looking to try new approach, never owned Kydex for OWB. I've been a loyal GALCO High ride concealable OWB guy since 2000. Right out of the box, I didn't have to make a single adjustment to the tension screw...perfect fit. And because the gun belt goes straight thru the back, of the holster's loops, there's no uncomfortable looping/feeding of the belt back and forth along the belt slots of my leather Galco's...and as a result, it fits more flush against my waist/body. However, there was a tab up high on the sweat guard that was digging into my side, that covers slide release. I heated it, bent it inward and shaved a bit of kydex off. It worked to solve problem so far. If that doesn't work long term, I'm gonna cut entire sweat guard off. Lastly, because it sits closer to my body, along with the pistol, when seated while driving, the Sig's hammer was digging into my ribs at times while driving. I haven't experienced that with any of my Galco holsters. Regardless, I'm relatively happy with it. These are the same holsters Sig offers to its Legion members, without the logo.

Nice product... But
Very nice product. Fits my 229 Legion great, but for those who consider their ccw firearm a museum piece, which i am not one of people, it does wear and scuff the trigger guard where the pistol locks on the very first insert/draw. Not a big deal if you consider your firearm as a tool that protects you and your family, but i know many who get sick at the sight of a blemish even on their CCW. Just know it is a great product, but will scratch your finish.

TOP-NOTCH!
I bought this holster for my Sig P229 Legion. Sig Sauer offers the same holster for Legion members, available only with a 0 degree cant. I wanted a 15 degree cant and could easily live without the "Legion" logo. It has great retention and holds the pistol high, keeping the bottom of the holster out of sight while wearing a jacket. Quality materials and workmanship make this a top-notch holster at a reasonable price.

Great quality, not the best comfort for me.
Well made holster. I find it slightly uncomfortable to wear daily as it's digs into my side. But the build is top notch. Perhaps you'll have a different experience.

Form fitting and secure.
Great combination of new and old. Holds firearm tight and secure. For the price it is a great holster, would recommend it for EDC.

Simply put, best owb holster I have ever worn. Amazing retention, comfort, adjustability, and concealment.I have worn holsters from concealco, Blackhawk, bianchi, Galco, and others. It's awesome!
