Pressure valve difficult to operate.
Update:I reached out to the company and asked about the broken knob, they quickly responded and requested a little information and then decided to send me a new knob free of charge. I'd say this qualifies as great customer support. The new knob works great, and I now have this installed and working. So far, everything is working well and I've had no issues.Original review:I got this, and haven't fully set it up yet. I've been testing it and what I've found so far is that the pressure regulator is very difficult and finicky to adjust. After further inspection, I've found that the regator knob is totally plastic and underneath where it has a "keyed connection" to the actual metal adjustment, the plastic is stripped or rounded off. This is how it was out of the box. I couldn't get it to adjust so I removed the plastic knob and used pliers. This must have "broke it free" so to speak, but the knob is still stripped and useless. It kinda sucks that a brand new product such as this has such a horribly cheap and useless knob. The knob on my compressor feels about 300% stronger and more quality than this knob, which sucks because this piece of equipment is 1/3 the cost of my entire compressor... Seems like they had an opportunity to make a much better quality product.I haven't had any other issues with this yet as I haven't officially installed it. I am a bit worried that if the handle is so cheap and broken that the rest of it will fail quickly.I may just send it back and get something that is better quality.

The drain bowl on my regulator developed cracks over time.
The drain bowl on my regulator developed cracks over time so I wanted a product that didn't have that type of system. I looked at so many regulators before deciding on this one...it is in place and working properly at this point. I will update this review in a few months to let everyone know if it holds up and keeps rated air pressure. My last regulator/filter was 3/8" intake and exhaust, the pipeing is 1/2" so I went with a 1/2" intake and exhaust this time around.

Nice Regulator/Filter for the price
I have installed but haven't pressured up yet. It was packed well and shipped fast from the vendor. Item is quality construction. easily mounted with the bracket provided. The filter housing is an easy 1/4 turn twist on/off with locking tabs that compress against the rubber o-ring of the filter housing. Typical of the options out there so for the price, this is a decent option for your compressor system. I would also recommend when you buy this, also purchase filter elements. The element is fairly small and my guess is if you use the compressor much, you'll go through these filters pretty quick. Got filters on Amazon too. Here is what I got: PneumaticPlus F4000M-EL Replacement Element Kit for Filter 4000 Series- 10 Micron (2 Pack). Another consideration, I have a Kobalt 60 gal, compressor that has 3/4 inch outlet. These have 1/2 inch ports. You have to neck down 3/4 to 1/2 inch. Not a big deal but also consider there are very few 3/4 inch whip lines and the 3/4 inch from RapidAir? is a POS. Reviews indicate the hot compressed air destroys the line in short order. I hard piped out of compressor about a 4 inch x 3/4 with a reducer to 1/2 inch and bought two 4 foot 1/2 inch flex whip line to go in and out of this regulator/filter. Be sure to get a swivel head on one end of the whip line. Don't recall where I got the whip line but they are not something readily available (similar to this: Legacy HFZ1204YW4S Zillawhip 1/2 X 4' Swivel Whip Hose- 1/2" Ends $22.85.

Quality product.
Tried purchasing Parker versions of the air pressure regulator/filter but the price was double and the lead time was 40 working days which is 8 weeks. Vendor couldn't find a simple alternative so I found this product on Amazon. We needed 6 of them for 80 gallon Ingersoll tanks for Warner Bros. Studios so I purchased one of them to make sure I was happy with the product. Packaged well and easy to assemble and install. After the first install I ordered five more and received them within a couple of days and will be installing them during the weekend.

Year almost to date and about burned up my $2k compressor!
Year almost to the date and leaking out of the regulator relief hole. make sure to turn off your compressor every night or if your like me I will always forget so I added a timer. This would of burnt up my compressor running all night. Its a shame you do a quick amazon search and this company floods the results when everyone's review is the same leaks out of the relief hole.. guess I will have to get off amazon and buy locally from the local supply since amazon is only pushing this brand.
