Very good for minor support
I can't find the left handed ones anywhere but Amazon anymore. I wear these when my wrist acts up, and the support and compression seems to really help. Only issue is that the threads holding the velcro on to the straps, or holding the straps on to the main part have a tendency to unravel. Hit each end with a bit of super glue of some kind will prevent this and extend the life of this like whoa. This does not IMMOBILIZE a wrist, but it does keep you from flexing it, and minimizes twisting motions. Works great for ganglion cysts to let them shrink back.

Reliable support, comfortable for long wear
I’ve been dealing with an old wrist injury (SNAC wrist), and this brace has been a big help. It offers just the right amount of support to keep things stable without limiting movement too much. The three straps make it easy to get a snug, customized fit, and once it’s on, it stays in place all day. It’s also comfortable enough to wear for long stretches—even full-day use doesn’t leave me with irritation or pressure marks. I’ve tried a few brands over the years, but the Futuro line consistently fits well and holds up over time. If you’re looking for a dependable brace that’s easy to use and comfortable enough for everyday wear, this one’s a solid choice.

Works as brace but Velcro not holding up
I'd recommend this if the Velcro held up better. As it is, sometimes the straps come loose. I'm still using it and it serves well as a brace for my wrist, but I don't have great expectations for how long it will last.

WOW this brace is very comfortable!
I broke my wrist and lower arm 7 years ago. Every so often my wrist would get so sore I could barley do anything that involved grip or movement of the thumb. I went to the doctor and was told I had Carpal Tunnel and they sent me home with a shoe lace type brace to wear. I hated the thing it was uncomfortable and pain in the rear to do anything with it on and just too bulky. This brace is perfect, it's very comfortable I can type with it on (in fact I am typing with it now). It does an awesome job at compression on the wrist and is very supportive. I wear it most nights just before bed and while I sleep, I have no problems sleeping with it and when I wake up my arm is not asleep and does not feel weird from having the brace on all night. After 3 days with this brace I had no pain in my wrist what so ever. I continue to wear it at night and when I am doing repetitive movements that affect my Carpel Tunnel. I highly recommend this brace to anyone who has Carpel Tunnel it's a wonderful brace and has done wonders for me!

Perfect amount of support and cushioning for me
I've tried a lot of different wrist braces and this one works the best for me while using a keyboard. Don't think it would work well for the hand you use with your mouse since the gel pad would likely get in the way. Just the right amount of compression and rigid support, not too little not too much. I didn't even realize it had a gel pad on the palm when ordering it, but now I don't think I could use a brace without a cushion support on the palm.

Excellent support, padded design for comfort
I have a wrist injury to the tendons, these supports make it possible to work and reduce the pain associated with the injury. The padded design allows the metal support piece to provide strong support without discomfort.

Okay for Gaming
I've got pretty bad RSI pain in my wrists, but all my friends like to play FPS games. This wrist brace lets me join in. It keeps my wrist locked, so that I don't feel any extra pain after a long session. But I have enough dexterity in all my fingers so I don't have any trouble pressing all the usual "WASD" keys; Even in a competitive game such as Overwatch. The velcro straps are thin and flat so they slide easily on my desk. It's light and fairly comfortable(with one exception). I wouldn't recommend wearing this on your mouse hand though. There's a padded spoon brace in the palm that makes it difficult to grip a mouse. If you used a claw style grip it might work. But I'm still looking for a good mouse hand solution, maybe something that uses dorsal bracing. I'm a guy with a 6.5 inch wrist and the Large/XL version fits well. My main problem with this brace is the edge of the neoprene is a little sharp and kinda digs into the webbing area between your thumb and index finger. So if I want to sleep with it I have to put a bandaid underneath or it hurts in the morning. I wish they had added some cotton padding or something. At least it isn't as bad as most other braces that have the stitching seam run through there. Come on guys, we've had glove technology for 1000s of years. How hard is it to make a comfortable thumb hole? UPDATE: After around 2 months of use the Velcro really isn't holding up anymore. The straps are constantly popping off during the day. I kinda feel like a product should last more than 2 months, but it's pretty comfortable so I'll probably buy another.
