I’ve always heard and also experienced that ax. Body spray is very, very strong very heavily scented. This was perfect because I was looking for a way to deter coyotes. I read that by spraying really strong smells it would confuse coyotes, and since I have a feral cat that I care for and lives outside in an area with lots of coyotes, I figured the best way to protect her since she refuses to be an indoor cat is to keep the coyotes from being able to smell her and now spray a large perimeter around my house, my backyard, as well as spread along the Greenbelt behind my house were coyotes cross. I have yet to see any coyotes come by anymore. I think it over powers, the smell of my outdoor feral cat that I care for and it leaves my backyard smelling very lovely. It is very strong and intense. Even outside. I will be purchasing again if I could find a scent that was a little less masculine.
