Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, US Version, 128GB, Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

It started with ordering a renewed Samsung S5E Tablet that won me over to ordering Amazon Renewed electronics. That well regarded tablet arrived without a mark on it, a charger and cable. It works perfectly and I use it almost every day. I especially like the DeX mode for some work-related tasks. Being the "thrifty" guy that I am, I set maximum price limits on many products that I buy. Phones are in that group of products. I don't think it necessary to buy the latest Flagship phones from any of the major phone brands or even many of their high-end models. When introduced the Samsung 21 FE 5G had many positive reviews with one major complaint, for its high price, considering it was supposed to be a value product. After a bad drop of a OnePlus 7T that killed the screen of my wife's phone, it was time to order two new phones [that is, new for us], one for her and one for me. I'm a tech guy and I always order two of the same phones since it's easier for me to support a single model of phone. Having used Samsung phones years ago but then moving to ZTE and the OnePlus, these S21 FE phones have been terrific after one month of use and renewed my interest in Samsung phones. The phones arrived in like new condition without any marks or scratches on either phone. Unlike the new models these both came with 20W chargers and good quality 5ft cables. These phones have a plastic case which I prefer, as plastic is less fragile than glass, which is another reason for me to NOT buy flagship phones. I am also not so concerned with the appearance or color of the phones since I immediately put them in a case and install tempered glass screen protectors on all my phones. Among the many positives are the 120HZ screen response is a pleasure to use, battery life has been excellent lasting for more than a day for normal use including text, calls, email, YouTube and some streaming, terrific camera, good stereo speakers, charges very quickly with the supplied chargers but also with the 25W aftermarket chargers that I have for these phones. Both Fingerprint and Face recognition work consistently and more quickly than other phones I have used. Bluetooth and WiFi connect quickly without any dropouts, and speed on T-Mobile 5g for phone and Home Internet has been consistent within the T-Mobile performance spec for my location. I am not a gamer so I can't provide a meaningful review for that. The only negative I can report is for the amount of Samsung bloatware and the numerous and annoying notifications, which can luckily be turned off. These are two excellent phones that I bought for less than half the price of one new one. And the Amazon renewed program is a good and safe option for many purchases as it also includes a 90-day return policy if there is any dissatisfaction with the product.

I’ve had this phone for a total of 3 days. I took it on one motorcycle ride in the rain and the screen completely failed afterward. The phone is advertised as water resistant/waterproof, yet moisture got inside the cameras and the display became unusable almost immediately. The phone still powers on, but the screen and touch functions are now completely bugging out, making it nearly impossible to transfer my data before returning it. Thankfully Amazon approved a replacement, but I now have to wait a full week and hope I can recover my stuff. Very disappointed with the durability and sealing quality of this refurbished device. I’ll update this review once the replacement arrives and I see whether this was just a bad unit or a larger issue.

My phone has no scratches, dings, chips or marks, looks brand new. My son set it up for me, then I did the Smart Switch to transfer everything from my other Samsung S21 phone into this one. . So far everything seems to be working just fine and I am very happy and pleased with this purchase. This S21 FE refurbished cell phone is a little bigger than my original S21, a little heavier too but that's ok. I am still using my original S21 for phone calls so can't say how it works that way. I may someday if I have issues with my other phone. It probably would work fine by how it is operating now. Charges quickly and seems to hold a charge a bit longer than my other S21, which is nice. I do wish there were more color options for the home screen. Otherwise, I am very happy with this refurbished S21 FE cell phone. I highly recommend this cell phone. I am on a low, fixed income, so to be able to buy this high of a quality cell phone and save so much money, is great!! Thank you Amazon for selling these and thank you to the seller for providing such a good quality product at such excellent savings!

The phone arrived in good condition. It didn't come with a sim card though. Once we got a sim card it hooked up fine. Everything works great except that about a month after we got it, it wouldn't stay connected to our wifi! It keeps disconnecting! When I try to go in the phone and try to turn the wifi on, it says it is turning on but it doesn't and I can't even see the available networks to try to switch to another network because the phone wifi has to be on to see the networks and it won't turn on! Other than that everything else works great. The battery life is fair, it lasts for the whole day with moderate use. Screen quality and sound quality are normal. Camera is good.

I waited about a week to review the phone and so far it's working well. It serves the purpose of backup phone for frequently used apps from social media, games and music. I don't have it connected to my phone network at the time (not needed) and I still have plenty of space after adding my favorite apps. The camera is great for pictures and videos during bright and sunny days. It came with the charger. I already recommended it to a friend.

Was nervous about getting a renewed phone, but so far it's been perfect. Battery health is around 96% on this one, which is way above the minimum they sell them for. Seller was called xiber electronics, so I can vouch they have good units.

Got this phone in July, it was perfect, exactly what I needed! I loved it! Although I could never get a call to come through on any device that was blue toothed, I could have sound but not for the call. Within a week of the return date passing, the wifi setting will not work. I try to turn it on and nothing happens, I even reset my phone and I still have this issue. My battery now will not hold a charge longer than a few hours, even if I'm not on it and nothings running. I have to charge it at least once during the day, if not twice no matter how much I'm on it. So between the no wifi, the battery that wont stay charged, and the bluetooth issues I am upset with my purchase. I have reached out multiple times to them and they have not responded to me. I have even gone to other service centers, and they said I can't do anything without contacting the seller. I am mad at this! It's a brand new phone and I am looking into another new one, which is upsetting because I just bought this one! Will not buy again!! Upon further research it seems at some point this phone, samsung s 21 fe, will have issues, bluetooth, wifi, charging, etc. Everything I looked at people were having the same wifi issue, or some sort of other issue. Would not recommend this phone, splurge a little more and upgrade to a samsung s21

Looks new, works fine. typical android setup, went ok. Won't upgrade to Android 16, but 15 is fine. Not sure why it won't take 16 though. Message says something about compatibility. I replaced a S10e because I needed a phone with Android 13 or newer. This does the trick. Only 150 bucks, and I can sell my S10e on ebay, making the total cost of this phone quite reasonable indeed.

Excelente dispositivo, llegó un día antes de la fecha, el dispositivo se ve que tiene uso, incluso llego con las opciones de desarrollador desbloqueada, pero solo con reiniciar el teléfono de fabrica queda listo, no me quejo por las condiciones del dispositivo ya que yo pague un precio justo y considerable, además que lo pedí en condicion buena y no exigente. Llevo dos días con el dispositivo y responde bien y en juegos también, la fotografía es muy buena, el video también es bueno, el audio es excelente no pesa mucho y es cómoda en la mano 🤚, en general es bueno y cumple bien su función.

El teléfono venia en excelentes condiciones, ningun rayon en la pantalla ni por otro lado, porque mas que busque un detalle minuciosamente no encontre nada, el teléfono prácticamente parece nuevo, tiene buen desempeño, no calienta el procesador como segun muchos hablan, se calienta de manera normal, solo que se descarga un poquito rapido, ese seria el unico detalle del teléfono de ahi en todo es perfecto, lo volvería a comprar por segunda vez, ya que no me arrepiento para nada de mi compra, recomiendo mucho comprar con SIXVIL 👍

Al principio tenía mis dudas al comprarlo, creí que me llegaría con golpes en las esquinas, o rayones en la pantalla, tal vez hasta estrellado, pero al menos a mi me llego bien me llego en un excelente estado, no dudaría en volverlo a comprar, al encenderlo lo cheque, la cámara, la batería, la calidad de pantalla, el touch, todo y funciona perfecto hasta ahorita, pero funciona bien, si tiene detallitos muy pequeños que en realidad casi no se notan y eso que soy muy especial en eso, ya que siempre se usará con funda creo que cale la pena comprarlo, lo recomiendo por mi experiencia si, me llego bien a mi espero le sea útil, todo bien me llego en 1 semana y media.

I was shopping for a new used phone on Kijiji but was concerned about possible scams. I gave Amazon a shot and to my surprise I found this S21 FE for $50 less than the best price I could get on Kijiji. With good reviews and a money back warranty it was not a hard decision to place the order. This phone arrived bubble wrapped in a plain brown box. The plastic wrap on the phone was still intact as if it was brand new from the manufacturer. It said renewed but it looked brand new. Not a mark on it. Two weeks in and it has lived up to my expectations. Battery is strong and everything is working great.
