A bit oversized
I thought I would like the elastic but not so much. Made for welding but I use as a cooling cap for my chainsaw helmet. Feels cooler.

Caps run small
The caps are very nice but despite having measured my husband's head, they ran smaller. Thank God for my sewing skills but I did have to make some alterations.

Keeps welding splatter from your head, eyes and ears
Covers tops of your ears, small soft brim and soft top acts like a weatherstripping and protects you from burn marks or worse splatter raining down over the top and bouncing around inside your helmet. Helps seal up eyeglasses and makes the strap on your helmet muchhh more comfortable.
