This is a great quality banner that held up to a windy day as we celebrated my daughter's birthday. It's so versatile with all the numbers for customizing age. My ONLY complaint would be that it would be nice if it came pre-strung, as that task took a bit of work. I ended up using a big plastic needle with a large eye that I usually use with yarn for crochet, as it worked well to string the ribbon through the small, punch-out holes. We could definitely re-use it for another party if we wanted, it held up great!

I used them for my son's bday parade and they withstood the strong wind outside. Pleasantly surprised.
