... this to work. I have one of those pop-up plugs that are operated by turning a rotary knob on the bath wall under the taps. This operates a small lever under the bath that lifts the 'mushroom-type' plug with the long metal shaft. The lever had broken and so I had glued a small sucker to the plug so I could lift it. It worked just fine but the plug was no longer holding the water properly so I was looking for a very specific alternative that would suit my set-up as I wasn't prepared to start removing bath panels and I can't afford to have someone come out.Well, this is perfect.I imagined that either it wouldn't seal properly or it else would be too deep to fit in what was there but I am delighted to report that it does the job just fine and I don't lose my bath water ! It is also much easier to lift than a glued suction cup.I should mention that the item comes disassembled (with no instructions) but it is a very straightforward affair (washer underneath). I would suggest that you do not overtighten the bolt, though.And that's pretty much it. If it ceases to function as it should then, as is my wont, I shall update this review accordingly...FV

This arrives needing self assembly which seems a bit ridiculous, but it’s quick and easy to put togeather and has solved my problem of the bathroom plug sticking by replacing the original with this.Looks good , does the job , I ordered a second one for my sink so can’t say better than that !

Just what we needed. Replaced our pop up plug. The pop up plug failed. It would be a major job replacing it. Removing tiles extra. This plug fits like a glove with no leakage.

The actual plug is ok and would have been just what I wanted, but despite me measuring the plug hole before ordering, this item did not fit. Disappointed for that reason only.

No queda apretado al desagüe pero no lo necesita. Tenía mis dudas al ponerlo pero resulta que no se escapa nada de agua así que muy satisfecho y además los materiales son de calidad. Comprare más.
