Here is a better option 1992 Silverado
I have a 1992 Silverado, this is an exact fit, however, You are better off replacing with (ACDelco Professional 18M1159 Brake Master Cylinder). There are several youtube videos on this as well as changing the rear drum brakes to disk. modification this brake master cylinder
