Best product on the market. I travel a lot and it's perfect. Gives energy, stays hunger and keeps me in ketosis. Haven't dropped under 0.8 milmol in a month.

Haven't tried Keytones as a weight and health aid before. Have been drinking one a day for 8 days now. First day drnak 1/2 at noon and then the other half 3 hours later because I didn't know how it would sit in my stomach. I was a little nauseous - but not much. Second day drank it at 10 am all at once - with some Lemon Juice in it. It has a very sweet or tart (I know, I should be able to tell which of those it is, but I can't) taste. The lemon juice helped dampen the taste. It's not 'throw-up' horrible even without the lemon juice. And the benefit - I've lost 6 pounds my first week on a high protein low carb Ketogenic diet - had no signs of Keto-flu (achy, headaches, etc). I love carbs & sugar (if they were veggies, I 'd be the healthiest person around!) - so far, it's curbed my desire for carbs and sugar and it keeps any hunger pangs away for about 4-5 hours after drinking it. It's too soon to brag about anything - I've lost and gained 40-50 pounds at least twice in my life. But now, at 58 years old - I'm going for 70 pounds off and an eating style change. This time it's not just clothes fitting (which they haven't done for 7-10 years), or looking at the scale - it's health and fitness.Maybe I'll stop back in a few weeks and share how it's going - but for now, it's going pretty well!

Love the new pomegranate flavor. We had previously tried the Berry when the new PRIME product was released after hearing about it on the Joe Rogan podcast. It was delicious and this new flavor is even better. Both my wife and I have very positive feedback on the product. We both experienced immediate benefits in the form of improved energy and reduced appetite. I do coffee with coconut oil in the morning and then PRIME around mid-morning and find I don't really get hungry until mid afternoon. Not saying you want to wait that long to eat, but if you are looking for something to help control appetite, this product did a great job of that for us. Like any supplement, it is just a part of an overall program/lifestyle and you can't expect it to work miracles by itself if you follow up your PRIME with pizza every day. That being said, we've really enjoyed it and it really helped jump start our plan to improve our diets and increase our activity levels. Plus, when you are paying this much for a product, that helps hold you accountable in its own way. Only downside is a bit of digestive discomfort (not pain, just needing to use the restroom) when I first started. That subsided within a few days of regular use and now even if I skip a few days, don't have issues when I pick it back up. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as we have.

4 stars for results. Lost a star because the taste could be improved and some packets are pretty chunky/ in a block I have to break up before adding to water. 7 days using the drink, following the parameters for the keto diet (no sugar and VERY minimal carbs), haven't added my exercise regimine yet with only those changes the results are 7 days= 6.2 lbs lost. Drink hasn't prevented the keto flu though but I'm pleased with the results so far. May reorder

the first time i tried it was early in the morning, i did not care for it, but I kept using it. I changed it where I have only one for lunch and it sustains me and takes me through the mid after noon. I've lost a few pounds, I like it. I don't get jitters but so far it seems to get the job done and curb my vivacious appetite.

Badass product!!!! Bought it after heard that Joe Rogan takes it to jump back into "Ketosis"....I was skeptical but did a test......see the picture, 1st strip on "Neg" and 2nd strip on "Moderate", 2nd test was after drinking a packet and waiting 2 hrs!I aim to be in higher once I dial in the keto-diet!

This product is absolutely incredible: simple as that.
