One negative the little locks on top closure...they could have done better....But still love the crate!!

This product is terrible! Ridiculously cheaply made! Broken hinge on arrival because of how low quality the joint was "welded" on. I can bend the metal with my bare hands?!? Do not waste your money!!! Save yourself the hassle and buy something better!!!!!

It doesn't keep a husky in, broken when arrived, couldn't contactanyone to get it fixed or replaced, an dog broke 2 bars off within 3 weeks.

If you need a heavy duty kennel for a dog, this kennel is what you need. I got a large dog and she could not get out and after 2 days she stopped trying. It is very heavy so it's not the easiest to load up in a vehicle.

Only had the crate for a couple weeks and it seems sturdy and good for chewers because the bars are close together; however the plastic tray underneath is not good for chewers (see attached photos)

Nice cage, but came in damaged. Wheel screw hole damaged so not able to fully screw in the wheel. One of the bars are bent and missing the little metal clip it sits into. Does give our dog plenty of room though to stand and move around.

The latch on the top arrived broken. Dealt with their customer support, which they were clueless on the issue after sending many photos and detailed description, to see about fixing it. They only offered a partial refund to have me go fix it. I was okay with that, but then I noticed one of the vertical support bars on the cage was not attached putting my dog at risk to injury with sharp edges on the metal that detached. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAGE!!!!! It is a terrible cage. Until the company can produce a good cage, I would not purchase this brand for anything. It is concerning that this company sells cages that are likely to cause harm to animals.
