Sceptre 75-Inch 4K LED UTV U758CV-UMR, 2018

When I first turned on this tv I was so let down because somehow the colors seemed odd but no problem at all, after tweaking the controls it seems the tint is the setting that is the most off. After calibrating, the picture is amazing and even has more detail than my LG 65 inch. For 4k content both the LG 65 inch and the Scpectre 75 inch are excellent but for lower content like 1080p and less the Sceptre really shines! When watching lower than 4k content on the LG the image has a considerable loss of detail yet over-sharpened at the same time. The Sceptre has much more detail and is not over sharpened. I noticed this mostly on people's faces especially when less than 1080p. I LOVE my Sceptre and if I had to do it all over again I would have bought two of them instead of my 65 inch LG. This tv is also very elegant looking and very thin, just love it a lot even after 16 months of owning it.UPDATE 08/08/2020: After 2 and a half years of owning the Sceptre it's still as great as the first day. The LG 65 inch? It's VERY lightly used in comparison to the Sceptre in my living room yet the HDMI on which my bluray player was connected got so loose inside the LG tv that I had to switch to another HDMI. No more LG for me, this is the 2nd LG electronic item that fails on me one way or another. Again I repeat, I should have just bought two of the Spectre TVs instead of the LG.

The first delivery UTV was DOA and I refused item :/ However, Sceptre support was and is very very good! I talked to Sceptre folks, the offered a refund or ship another, of course I chose the UTV. They contacted me back, kept me in the loop, very good consumer experience. The 2nd unit arrived and works great! Very nice addition to have someone install as well. The UTV is a great price, meets my needs/wants and as I said, support experience was flawless. As much as I was disappointed the original was DOA, Sceptre took care of things.

I thought I could beat the odds of other peoples comment because the deal was so great. I don't need the smart tv features because with Comcast I get all the same features anyway. When I first bought this TV, I received it with a small red line going down the middle of the tv. Otherwise the picture is nice when you change the settings and sound is pretty good for the short distance I am sitting from my TV.I reached out to Sceptre for the warranty because I am still with in my first year. They came to replace the TV which is frustrating because I paid people to mount my TV since it is so big and then I had to pay people to unmount the TV. Now the replaced TV has arrived, the picture looks great. HOWEVER, I paid contractors to come back again to now mount this TV and the holes in the back to mount the TV on the same brackets and mount that I had the previous TV on...doesn't fit! The holes on the TV has one that is too big and the other one is not evenly inserted into the TV. This is extremely frustrating and I just want to watch the TV while it is mounted since I had to pay additional money to get wood put up behind the bracket with it being so heavy. This headache is not worth it, I should've bought the Samsung or Sony one for a couple hundred more.

Purchased this television to replace a projector/screen set-up in our conference room. The first unit showed up damaged and the company couldn't have handled things better. They immediately shipped another unit and made full arrangements to pick up the original item, I didn't have to do a thing. Second unit was installed and has fantastic picture and sound (keep in mind this is only used for conference calls, I can't vouch for moves, etc.). Very pleased with this item and am considering a purchase for home use as well.

This TV was ok until it wasn't. This past Thursday, a year and two months since it's been purchased, it stopped working. Nothing new on our end, not power surges as it's connected to a surge protection. Nothing. Just poof! Done. I can't find anything on Amazon to assist with pulling the warranty or anything. If you are looking to purchase this, buy the protection plan. Not worth the money in my opinion.

The Television itself is great. Nice crisp picture. Not a SMART TV, but that didn't matter to me. My biggest complaint would be, no White Glove delivery service to my area, I live 12 miles from a major city, apparently they can't find anyone that will deliver and set up. It sat at the delivery hub for two weeks until we contacted the seller, and had them do a search. Had I not made contact, I'd still be waiting, and I doubt I would have been contacted by anyone. I guess my advice, make sure you are in their White Glove service area, before you purchase. I would never have thought 12 miles from a major city is out side their delivery area.

This TV has good ratings on Amazon but bad ratings on a general Web search. The TV is big. It arrived fine and the delivery man was very nice and helpful. I'm Satisfied with the TV but purchased a 4-year extra protection. For the price you can't go wrong. Now a year from now I may have trouble but you can have trouble with any TV. Its fine and I would recommend the TV. Just my 2-cents at this time. UPDATE: This tv was good but picture failed after almost 4-years. I had a service contract, so I was covered a month before service contract expired. They gave me a $1500 Amazon credit.

Great deal. First tv came destroyed but second came perfect condition. Still waiting on them to pick the busted up tv up.
