This one WORKS!
This laptop battery wasn't my first preference. For a few bucks less, I had purchased another battery from another store. That battery wasn't charging, It kept discharging even though I had the power on. Of course, I got another one as a replacement which was again dead on arrival. After going through all the review at Amazon, I finally decided to give SiKER a try or toss my laptop for a new one. The battery came on time, hold the charge well - at least for 3.5 hours, backed up by 12 months warranty. I shall definitely recommend this to someone who is in a similar situation.

Not compatible with Toshiba C55D-B5102.
When used in my Toshiba C55D-B5102 it would not charge above 70% (gave good run time though.) Would not charge when computer was turned off or when screen went to sleep. Would probably be a good battery IF it is compatible with the laptop it is used in.

Exact Replacement for Toshiba - PA5185U-1BRS
This battery was an exact fit for my Toshiba laptop. I have turned on the Toshiba Battery Saver option so it stops recharging the battery at 80%. I've never used the battery saver function before, so I want to see how long this new battery lasts using it. Will it last 6 months, a year, or more? I don't know. If I get a year of good use out of this battery, I will definitely be pleased and would purchase again. (The photo is of my original Toshiba battery that only lasted a year, but costs 3-4 times as much to replace)

Affordable and effective
When my laptop battery started losing power (lasting only 10 minutes or so on a full charge) I was scared to look at prices on a replacement. This was an affordable replacement and works perfectly. I can now venture away from the laptop charger and get work done out on the lanai or at the coffee shop! (Pro tip: you can recycle your old battery at a recycling center [call2recycle dot org] or you can disassemble the battery and use the internal batteries for other rechargeable items in your home - my husband took my old one apart and is using the good cells in his rechargeable flashlights)

Battery was shipped as promised a replacent received
Battery was shipped as promised but after I used for couple of time ran out after 1 to 1.15 hrs. Toshiba original run for 2 to 2.5 hrs with normal HDD I upgraded this laptop to SSD and suppose to last longer, not only 1.5 hrs. I did it on another laptop and went from 2, 2.5 hrs to a close to 7 hrs. Since there is not parts moving anymore.Supplier send after I post the original review a replacement battery and so far it is working ok. Good customer service

its even behaving better than the one my laptop came with
i was skeptical but its been a yearnow and its still working well. it however dropped from 4 hours to 3 hours over the course of one year but its to be expected with every battery. its even behaving better than the one my laptop came with.
