This book contains subjects and material to review and prepare for students independently. It has a key at the rear of the book for checking answers. The lessons are short enough to not be complicated and long enough for essential instruction. Students can do a lesson a day during the summer break and be better prepared for the upcoming year.

Great! 15 minute activity book, to keep teams thinking, learning over the summer break. Because it's a quick task, I don't get a lot of pushback complaining about not wanting to do school work over the summer.

I purchased the Summer Bridge Activities workbooks for both my kids—one going from 6th to 7th grade and another from 8th to 9th—and these books have been a great resource. The activities are short, around 15 minutes a day, but they cover all the essentials: math, reading, writing, science, and even social studies. What I like most is that the lessons are designed to keep kids engaged without overwhelming them. My younger child liked the mix of fun challenges and practice pages, while my older one benefited from the writing prompts and algebra review. Goid book to keep a 14 year old busy this summer

Excellent summer workbook! It covers all the important subjects in a clear and organized way, making the transition from 8th to 9th grade much easier. The activities are engaging, not overwhelming, and the flash cards are a great bonus for review. Perfect for keeping skills fresh over the summer without feeling like too much work.

The work book is well detailed. I have noticed change from my kids education. I highly recommend this book for other parents.

We use these every year for all my kids. If my child is going into 1st grade, we will get him the 2nd to 3rd grade book. We do not use the K to first-grade book. These books have really helped my children prepare for the upcoming year, especially the math sections. We keep to the schedule of only one page a day (front and back). Yes, your child may not fully comprehend some stuff because it is for the upcoming year, but it is not hard for a parent to spend just about 5 minutes explaining the concept. Both my sons have used this company, and the following school year, they are not surprised by the upcoming materials, again especially the upcoming math. The book comes with star stickers to reward the kids....we never used them. The book also has outdoor activities for the kids to get "some" exercise for the day. It is nothing big, for instance, for little kids, "go outside and count the different types of trees you see from your front yard." The book primarily consists of language and math, but it also includes sections that cover geology, history, and other subjects. The non-English and math sections are mini-lessons and there are only about one per topic. Bottom line, these books are mostly reading/English and math exercises.

We Purchase these every summer as support to keep our minds working.
