The tools work great. The cap for the battery compartment is a little tricky to get back on. But overall it's a decent product.

It’s an amazing product but it’s hard to keep off you haft to keep taking it apart and taking the battery out for it to turn off but other then that i love this product

I never write a review, but this is the best product ever. It’s well made, sturdy, solid, and for a fraction of the price, you can have Jennifer Aniston’s $195 bar (yes, just the straight bar tool). The customer service is amazing and answered my questions. I have almost never gotten excited about a gadget, but this one you will love! I’m obsessed with the paintbrush looking attachment; It feels incredible when you’re using it on your lips. The circular rose quartz is very cooling and soothing around the eye area. I’m just so impressed. I have to give it a little longer to see results, but I’ve used Guasha boards with results and these are just easier and better. Buy this! ❤️
