This is a very good pillow for the price! It came rolled up but once removed from packaging, it took around 30 to 60 minutes to fill out. It looks exactly as advertised and I like that the case is washable, which I recommend you do before first use (note: pillowcase only is washable). The smell is very minimal and nothing offensive. I like that there are two heights and that it’s made for the 3 positions that most of us sleep in. Myself, I sleep on my sides and this was perfect. Since using I have not woke up to any neck or shoulder pain which is great as this was the reason why I needed to change my previous pillows, so I can say that this has worked for me. I also appreciate that the pillowcase stays cool, even when I’m hot! I would definitely recommend you try this pillow first before spending 2 to 3 times more on other brands. The only reason I have given this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to not knowing the longevity of it. The foam part appears very durable, and I’m hoping this will last a very long time.

I was waking up with stiffness in my neck and soreness. So I have been looking for a pillow that was comfortable, not bulky or stuffed with a roll of fiber fill. I stumbled on to this pillow and started reading reviews and just wondering about it. So I decided to buy it for myself. When I got it it didn't look like much. Looked liked something that wouldn't be very comfortable at all. Then I laid my head on it. It felt like a cloud, I felt like my head and neck where in a big fluffy cloud. The pillow hit the base of my neck and wrapped around the top of my shoulders and I was like, 'Wow this is amazing". When I tell you I have never felt something so comfortable, so soft, something that actually brings what they promise. I wake up every morning without any stiffness in my neck or soreness. My neck feels so much better after sleeping in this pillow and I am a picky person when it comes to pillows. I find one and that's it. I have had the pillows I have been sleeping on for at least 25 years (they do have a protector over them) but I still had stiffness in my neck. So if you have stiffness in your neck I highly recommend this pillow it is amazing. The last pillow you will ever purchase.

I’m very happy with this pillow. It’s comfortable, provides good neck support, and helps keep my head in a good position while sleeping. I didn’t sleep very well on a standard pillow because it was often uncomfortable for my neck. With this pillow, I sleep much more comfortably. The memory foam is firm enough without being too hard, and the removable cover is also a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a great pillow for the price, and I would definitely recommend it.

I got this for a friend and he loves it he said it was the best sleep he's had in a very long time... The pillow is hard (kinda... Not like rock hard but it's got great support) which he loves since it doesn't get completely crushed under him so 5 stars for the queen size pillow However I ordered two king size pillows... Seems I paid a bunch extra for packaging because they're the same size as the queen and my standard sized pillow... 0 Stars don't buy the king + it was late getting here... Rude on so many levels...

Everything I could’ve imagined went wrong with this pillow. This was the worst pillow I’ve ever purchased in my life and I was thinking that it was the greatest pillow based on everything shown in the picture description and everything described in writing. The only thing I can say that is correct about the description is that it is thick & the pillow case material is soft. There is zero cooling effect. This pillow is priced high and the quality is low. The written description that specifically enticed me to purchase this pillow was the following: “【SLOW REBOUND HIGH QUALITY MEMORY FOAM】The neck support pillow is made of high quality CertiPUR-US certified rebound memory foam. Premium quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort and great relaxation of your head, neck, shoulders and back muscles when you lie on your back or side.” There is no type of rebound memory foam in this pillow. It states quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort. This is not the case at all. This pillow is the hardest pillow I’ve ever laid my head on. It states that it can be used two different ways to achieve comfort as in height. I tried both ways. Neither way worked. It stated that it is for people who lay on their side, their stomach or their back. The way this pillow is shaped it provides zero comfort anyway it’s laid on. Did maintain the shape retention? Yes because the pillow basically does not move out of shape because it’s hard and the pillowcase keeps it exactly in place for no movement whatsoever.As far as the pillowcase they mention- the pillow does have a case on it and it’s removable so you can wash it, but if you’re the type of person who wants to protect the pillow with a pillow protector, there’s no type of protector to purchase for this shape of pillow. Basically you’re laying on the pillowcase, not protecting the pillow. That’s a minor downside. The major downside is the ergonomics of this pillow is absolutely terrible. The picture description shows people with doctor jackets showing athumbs up. From personal experience, I don’t see how any doctor could recommend this pillow. I let it sit for 24 hours before I used it. The very first night I got less than four hours of sleep because I tossed and turned trying to get my head comfortable on this pillow. The paperwork in the box says to give the pillow three weeks for your head to adjust to the “memory foam.“ I laid on a second night and I woke up with a headache in the morning. Who would want to lay on a pillow for three weeks with the attempt to make the pillow work for what they call “the memory foam” feature? I see that as three weeks of literally no sleep! Fortunately, I kept the box but discarded the plastic that it came wrapped in. On the side of the box was an email if you were dissatisfied. I emailed my dissatisfaction and it took about a week for a reply, but fortunately after some emailing back and forth, as they requested pictures to show them my dissatisfaction. This was a little difficult to do so I actually sent them 2 pictures of my sleep app for the 2 nights I slept on the pillow which captures how much sleep I get each night. This was all they needed to issue me a full refund and I donated this pillow to my church who collects clothing and bedding items. I thought maybe this pillow may work for somebody? I’m not one to throw things in the garbage, even though my first thought was that that was exactly where this pillow belonged. It surely did not work for me. I suggest from my personal opinion you think twice about purchasing this and please by all means read the reviews that are in the one and two star category. I do not recommend at all.

Great quality product. And it has helped a good deal with my sleep quality. It supports my neck, with a high side on the pillow. It's all lightweight, and the pillow cover can be removed and washed without losing its shape or the fabric's texture. I personally enjoy sleeping on it. I'm a big-sized guy; the cushion holds its shape very well.
