Does this fit a queen matress and queen spit box springs?

It is made for the mattresses that don’t need a box spring....thinking a standard mattress and box spring would be too high for the frame....Hope this helps!

Will the bed hold a 13 in mattress and high foundation or box spring

It will hold it but you will need a ladder to get in to the bed. The frame was platform-designed to hold a 13 inch mattress with no box spring needed.

What is the weight capacity?

Instructions did not provide a weight capacity. I believe that it can hold up to 400 pounds easily
