DO NOT USE with those cool shrinking hoses that expand like 100ft, it really looses a lot of pressure when u open the nozzle.I like that It can be shut off by twisting the nozzle all the way and by the valve. It gives u a very big and strong stream and big fan spray. It’s very sturdy and feels very tough. In construction I use it to water dirt lot before they lay cement. Using it on my water truck with the water pressure it really gets the job done.

Nozzle delivers a good amount of water, nice control of spray pattern from stream to fine mist, About the only complaint is that the handle operates forward meaning that if you try to drag the hose with the nozzle on the ground it opens the nozzle to fully open position. Otherwise a great product

I love everything about the nozzle but after 2 years you need to replace as it leaks a bit out of places it's not supposed to.....but I use it a lot! I keep buying them because I think they are the best

I bought this for ease of use with our kids when they want to water our plants, bushes, and trees. We had a compact unit with similar spray patterns, but because it was smaller, they left it in the grass one time, and I ran over it with the lawn mower, which was quite a surprise to me.When I was looking for replacements, this one caught my eye because of its size. I am glad I tried it out, as I like the extra on/off lever and the larger size and brighter color. It is much easier to see, and also easier for the kids to use, and it is also fun for them to water with. I can't speak to the durability, but it feels good so far.

I bought this nozzle to be used on the apparatus I use when doing prescribed burns on the farm. The pump I use is Shurflo 2088-554-144 pump, 12 Volts, 3.5 Gallons Per Minute, 45 Psi. With other nozzles I'm able to send water at least 20'. This nozzle will barely go 5'. The orifice is simply too large. Twisting the spray adjustment does little good. Thinking that my pump wasn't up to the task, I switched the nozzle to my house hose. I have 55PSI on the house. There was very little difference. The only other complaint I have is that the gate valve handle is mounted backwards. If the hose is lying on the ground and you pull it towards you to stow it away the gate valve handle opens. Ideally the valve should close as you pull the hose.

The range and adjustability are great. It means I don't have to tramp through my garden, especially if it is dark.Takes a little getting used to, dialing the spread versus the range, but it is very versatile once you get to know it.The San Antonio botanical gardens introduced it to me during my time volunteerin.
