Excellent product. Easy set-up procedure, flawless push notification, both on 4G and Wi-Fi networks. Moreover, a very supportive customer support system.

Recently purchased the 4G+Wifi based CCTV camera. It's only been a few days since I have been using it, and the following aspects have been positive so far:1) Build quality is fairly good.2) Ease of setup.3) Decent video quality considering 4G.4) Ability to tilt the camera lens 360 degrees left to right, and to a decent extent up and down right from within the TrueCloud app.5) Inbuilt SD card slot for storage.6) 30 day free cloud storage subscription.7) Reasonably priced yearly cloud storage subscription for both motion-based recording and all-day recording.8) Calling capability to transmit audio messages through the built-in speaker in the camera.

This is not wireless as the description claims. You need to plug it in to run it. And for the same reason, it can be switched off by anyone. I had bought this to monitor the home nursing staff who would be with my bed-ridden, unconscious mother, when I am at work. This will not serve the purpose because this person can switch the camera off or unplug it easily. This camera is only meant for monitoring older family members, kids or pets who are by themselves at home. Not for situations where there is a third person in the house. And I am not able to believe that this product cannot be returned. It is money down the drain for me. But I must say the camera quality is quite good.

The first and foremost and important thing is excellent after sale service.The features I love in this camera are:It supports a 4G SIM card.It supports Wi-Fi.Furthermore, it supports up to a 256 GB memory card.In addition, it also supports AI-based human detection and tracking.Clarity is very good both in day and night.Audio quality is also very good.Other features to mention are video and audio recording, two-way intercom, PAN and tilt, and alerts & notifications to mobile phones.And many more features.I surely recommend this camera for home surveillance.

The camera is very nice with high clarity and the product support was really amazing from Mr Umesh, who was like prompt to help me with genuine intentions and finally i was able to install the camera as required, initially i had issues due to wrong online app download but with Umesh help it was sorted within few hours. Good product worth buying for your home security.

Good product at affordable price. Mobile phone app is nicely designed. It also offers desktop-web interface for those like me who use the desktop the entire day and do not wish to pick up phone for various tasks. The customer support is very efficient, and listens to queries patiently, I got on-on one customer support through WhatsApp which helped me set-up the desktop-web interface for the live view.The product offers two way audio, digital zoom, and pan and rotate function through mobile app and through web interface.Overall: great product, with efficient features.
